When they phase into a wolf for the first time, they stop aging. There are plenty-a-plot-holes here BUT if Jacob maintains a regularly scheduled shape shift, he can essentially stay young forever. This is a good thing because Renesmee will be Jacob's age physically in a mere few years.
From the official guide that SM wrote & released: "once a werewolf transforms, his aging speeds up until he reaches the age of maturity, roughly twenty-five. At this point, as long as he continues to phase, he remains at that age.
Jacob will live as long as he keeps phasing and he won't stop as long as Ren is alive. So technically he CAN live forever but he could also be killed by a vampire, another wolf-shifter or Ren could die by one of those and Jacob would stop phasing and die of old age.
For starters, Edward is older than Bella (about 90 years older, in fact) and has a lot of life experience. Jacob, however, is a bit younger than Bella – Edward even calls him a "child." Edward is mysterious and challenging for Bella to understand, whereas Jacob is easy to read and even easy for Bella to manipulate.

Vampire venom is poisonous to the Quileute wolves, so they would die. But Renesmee isn't venomous. Female hybrids aren't venomous in general. I think it's actually stated in the books that renesmee bites jacob lol. So nothing happens really.
The Cullens are safe again, and Renesmee is able to stay with her family. Nahuel states that Renesmee will probably reach complete physical maturity around seven years after her birth, at which point she will stop aging and live to an unknown extent of years.

Seeing as she's half vampire, one would think she would age much slower than humans, since vampires can't age at all. However, poor unloved Jacob shouldn't have to wait eighteen years for his happily ever after, so Renesmee grows abnormally fast, and will magically stop aging once she reaches sexual maturity.

Although both Edward and Bella are seen sparkling in the sun, their daughter has not inherited that trait. Renesmee has spent time in the sunlight in Forks, but she has never sparkled like her parents. Thankfully, this will make her life at school much easier as she will not need to avoid the sun.
He does but in a different way. Once he imprinted on Renesme, the love he had for Bella shifted to her child. The whole philosophy behind his love for Bella was for him to stay connected to her bc of her child. Renesme was the reason his love was so strong and unwavering.
While Bella was pregnant with Renesmee, she and Jacob felt incredibly drawn to each other and neither one of them knew the reason for this bizarre attraction because it wasn't based on their love for each other. In truth, Jacob was drawn to the unborn Renesmee.

Renée becomes a grandmother during Bella and Edward's honeymoon, but she does not learn of the existence of her granddaughter, Renesmee, nor does she know that Bella has become a vampire afterward due to their worries about her being unable to handle the changes.
So I was watching Breaking Dawn part 1 and realized Bella's pregnancy is 28 days long.
