Founding Titan
Founding Titan is the first and the strongest Titan of all the nine. If the Founding Titan is someone from Royal Bloodline, then it will possess limitless power. Eren Yeager was not someone of royal blood that's why he asked for Zeke's help to use the Founding Titan to its fullest.
As an Omega-level mutant, Jean is exceptionally powerful. Her telekinetic abilities could overwhelm even the emotionally controlled Raven in a fight. The term 'Omega-level' was first introduced in 1986's Uncanny X-Men #208 before being further explored in 2001's X-Men Forever.

Starfire is incredibly powerful with her starbolts, stellar energy absorption, and superhuman abilities. However, when rivaled against Raven's telekinetic, world-ending powers, Starfire would be outmatched.

9 She Has A Super Powered Form
Though Raven spends much of her time keeping her emotions in check, when she does purify herself, she takes on a more powerful form that is dressed in all white.
Scientific studies have shown that a raven has the intelligence of a 4-year-old human. Scientists have long believed that only humans could plan for retirement or plan for a meal.
✨Raven's most powerful form is her true identity and the darkness she was born of. Moreover, this form is known as The Unkindness. It's where Raven extinguishes her humanity and embraces her ability to absorb. Consequently, Raven in this form has no limits, changing the cosmology as a whole.
Conner Kent (Superboy)
Conner might be the physically strongest member of the Titans, and he might even have the most impressive variety of powers.
Ravenis supposed to be one of the most powerful beings in the DC Universe. She is way more powerful than the other teen titans combined.
In a one-on-one fight, Raven would destroy Wonder Woman. She has long-range offenses that Diana can't match, and if she does tap into her true power, it's all over. Wonder Woman would never go after Raven alone, instead, bringing in help to take her down.
