Raven has a plethora of mystical and magical abilities that although are at times uncontrollable, can destroy anything and anyone in her way. Her abilities to teleport, heal, move objects with her mind, and manipulate energy, easily makes Raven one of the most gifted and powerful Titans there are.
It's well documented that Raven isn't just the most powerful character in the Teen Titans but she's also one of the most powerful in DC. Raven inherited her power from her father, Trigon. Trigon, for reference, is one of the most powerful beings in comics.
Raven can also stand her ground against Superman, which we know is a true DC powerhouse. She managed to trap him in one instance. In Dark Crisis Deadly Green #1, Raven faced The Spectre, but she was defeated only because she refused to tap into her darker powers, which means that she could possibly even surpass him.
Brother Blood is immune to Raven's soul-self due to his shawl's powers. He is also nigh invulnerable and has supernatural physical strength.
As an Omega-level mutant, Jean is exceptionally powerful. Her telekinetic abilities could overwhelm even the emotionally controlled Raven in a fight.
The Titans were able to defeat her with the help of Phantasm. Raven returned later, still corrupted, in order to destroy her good self which she had implanted in Starfire. The Titans defeated her once again, for the last time. The good Raven was instilled into a new golden spirit body.
Raven would win in a fight against Scarlet Witch because her extremely potent powers as an empath can abuse Wanda's greatest weakness, her own mind. Raven and Scarlet Witch are on more or less the same level of power, and both are capable of destruction on a near-cosmic level.
Raven's main weakness is letting go of her emotions, especially rage. Terra learned it from Beast Boy and took advantage of it in Aftershock - Part 1 to using it to finish her off. Even though her rage seems powerful, it could potentially corrupt her, leaving her very vulnerable to attacks with more power than her own.
In a one-on-one fight, Raven would destroy Wonder Woman. She has long-range offenses that Diana can't match, and if she does tap into her true power, it's all over. Wonder Woman would never go after Raven alone, instead, bringing in help to take her down.
Arthur Light, another well-known enemy of the Teen Titans, has faced off against Raven several times in the comics and animated TV shows. The villain has underestimated the Cambion, however, who defeated him in combat.
Pieck's Cart Titan is arguably the weakest of the Nine, but it comes with several advantages. Unlike its eight brethren, the Cart Titan walks on all four legs, making it an excellent method of transport. Pieck often has large structures attached to her back, which carry both people and weapons.
Raven is a recurring character in the Guilty Gear series. He is one of three servants of That Man, and his right-hand man. With an immortal body that cannot die of natural causes, Raven has lived about a thousand years, and nothing stimulates him anymore, except pain.

Starfire is incredibly powerful with her starbolts, stellar energy absorption, and superhuman abilities. However, when rivaled against Raven's telekinetic, world-ending powers, Starfire would be outmatched.

Ravenis supposed to be one of the most powerful beings in the DC Universe. She is way more powerful than the other teen titans combined.
8 Doctor Strange's Magic Power And Skill Trumps Raven's
She's a formidable force on any battlefield and her sheer power would surprise Doctor Strange. It wouldn't win her the fight, though. Even if Raven's raw power is greater than Strange's, which is debatable, his superior magical knowledge would win the day.
