He says that Queen Elizabeth II did not like too many onions in her meals and garlic was a strict NO. In one of his interviews, he revealed how garlic was banished from the Buckingham Palace.
During an appearance on MasterChef Australia (via Glamour), Queen Consort Camilla Parker Bowles, wife to King Charles, revealed that "garlic is a no-no," and explained that the royals were told to "lay off the garlic" since they are so often required to converse with other dignitaries and members of the public.
