Nipples feel good to rub because they are packed with nerve endings, connecting directly to the brain's pleasure centers, triggering a powerful release of oxytocin (the "love hormone") and dopamine, creating feelings of pleasure, arousal, and bonding, similar to genital stimulation, explains MasterClass and Yale Medicine. This hormonal response, involving surges of oxytocin and activation of reward pathways, enhances sexual arousal in many men and women.
Psychically: There are simply just many nerve endings in the nipples, any area with nerve endings can be pleasurable. Also, some men have more nerve endings there than others.
