But beyond using the plural pronoun to indicate that you speak on behalf of a others (or deity), it turns out that using “we” could also mean you're more considerate of others and possibly even a better leader.

“We” is a collective so if in the context of a conversation you and the speaker could be considered as part of the same collective (be that family, team, houshold, company, etc) then it can be correct to use “We” meaning the group.
As a leader, use “I” to take the blame and “we” to take praise. Leaders should put their people first. No one likes a selfish, self-centered or narcissistic leader (see Kevin Dawson's paper on narcissistic leaders).
The pronoun I is used when the speaker wants to speak as an individual rather than as a representative of a group while the pronoun we is used to invoke a sense of collectivity and to share responsibility, and to avoid referring to himself/herself as an individual.

Inclusive "we" specifically includes the addressee (that is, one of the words for "we" means "you and I and possibly others"), while exclusive "we" specifically excludes the addressee (that is, another word for "we" means "he/she/they and I, but not you"), regardless of who else may be involved.

They found that those participants who displayed what they called "anxious and avoidant" attachment styles—people who like to steer clear of emotional closeness in relationships—tended to use the pronoun "I" more often when talking about romantic experiences in comparison to the word "we."
Autocratic leadership
An Autocratic Leader focuses less on collecting input from team members and tends to make executive decisions that others are expected to follow. The phrase most illustrative of an Autocratic Leadership style is “Do as I say”.
Utilize Passive Voice
You can use the passive voice to avoid using pronouns. Take this sentence, for example: “We used 150 ml of HCl for the experiment.” Instead of using “we” and the active voice, you can use a passive voice without a pronoun.
First person is the I/we perspective. Second person is the you perspective. Third person is the he/she/it/they perspective.
They Refer To You As "We"
A person who's nestled up comfortably in that committed couple life will likely start referring to you as a "we," even if you're not totally official yet. Preece says this comes through most clearly when they're talking to those who matter to them.
The practice of referring to oneself in the first-person plural as we is called nosism (also known as the "royal we" or the "editorial we").

"We-talk" is an indicator of interdependence, meaning partners affect one another's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This is a shift from self-oriented to relationship-oriented. New research by her lab has greatly magnified the body of evidence asserting that the pronouns we use foretell good relationship outcomes.
When she uses terms like “we” or “us,” it shows that she thinks about the two of you together and doesn't feel as anxious or avoidant of the relationship. However, if she refers to herself as “I” or “me,” it might mean she's not ready to commit.
Trouble showing or feeling their emotions. Discomfort with physical closeness and touch. Accusing their partner of being too clingy or overly attached. Refusing help or emotional support from others.
Signs of toxic leadership include poor behavior, lack of integrity and respect, low morale, micromanagement, ambiguity of expectations, poor communication, unapproachable nature, and other signs of disruption.
Lacks confidence
Toxic leaders don't typically have a lot of self-confidence. This is often where toxic behavior stems from, as an attempt to overcompensate. A lack of confidence also means they may find it difficult to trust their subordinates.
Gender-neutral pronouns are words that don't specify whether the subject of the sentence is female or male. 'They', for instance, is a third-person pronoun that is gender neutral. Other gender-neutral pronouns include 'them', 'this person', 'everyone', 'Ze', or 'Hir'.
Non-gendered or nonbinary pronouns are not gender specific and are most often used by people who identify outside of a gender binary. The most common set of nonbinary pronouns is they/them/their used in the singular (e.g., Jadzia identifies as genderqueer; they do not see themselves as either a woman or a man).
Neopronouns are a category of new (neo) pronouns that are increasingly used in place of “she,” “he,” or “they” when referring to a person. Some examples include: xe/xem/xyr, ze/hir/hirs, and ey/em/eir.
