Curse of Kibutsuji

Nezuko broke her ties to muzan by not eating ppl. So muzan has no curse to abuse. This wasn't explained in the anime, but Nezuko was able to remove the curse of Muzan on her own way, just like what Tamayo (Demon doctor) did.

Anne was originally planned to be Muzan`s older sister, who died by the hand of a Demon Slayer but that idea was scrapped, as the author knew practically nothing about Muzan`s early life. Instead, Anne became his wife, by which he had two children.

Ainz's spells are so deadly that they can make Muzan's demon blood boil with fear. He's taken down some of the most powerful foes with ease, including Shalltear and Jaldabaoth, who are themselves stronger than Muzan Kibutsuji. Muzan may be the king of demons, but he's no match for Ainz's spell-slinging skills.
