Mikasa didn't officially marry Jean in Attack on Titan; the identity of the man seen with her and her children in the epilogue is intentionally left ambiguous by creator Hajime Isayama, though many fans speculate it was Jean, while others argue she remained loyal to Eren, wearing his scarf until her death, with symbolic evidence pointing to either possibility or simply moving forward while honoring Eren's memory.
The answer is uncertain, but many believe that she married Jean Kirschtein off-screen. Proof of this is in the credits, where Mikasa is seen carrying an infant over Eren's grave with a man behind her whose hair greatly resembles Jean's.
These panels prove that Jean has never stopped loving Mikasa and further solidify his development - he's clearly been in love with her for over 7 years but has never tried to burden her with his personal feelings as he's perfectly aware that her heart belongs to Eren.

Eren gave them freedom and happiness in exchange of his own, Mikasa was sad but at the same time happy for the life and peace she received, definitely she was going to move on and Armin was going to do his best to keep his word to his best friend and not letting his death go to waste.
Even Eren himself told her to throw away the scarf and live a happy life. But Mikasa outright refused—because she knew true happiness would never come without Eren. And Mikasa truly did just that—she loved Eren and stayed by his side for the rest of her life. That was her real happiness.

The fifty year plan, dictates that Eren will destroy the world's militaries and temporaryly disable the world. In such a circumstance, the world will have no choice but to listen to what Paradis has to say. The world, which was in no state to negotiate with Paradis would finally listen to what they have to say.

I think what makes her didn't burst out crying is because she witnessed Eren killed people mercilessly too. She's still in shock. Not to mention that before she beheaded him. She was already crying from the last scene of memory in the path that Eren sent to her.
The mangaka admitted that he wanted Eren and Mikasa to kiss each other but his shyness refrained him from doing so.
The bloodline is still intact. The Hallucigenia (the source of all Titan powers) isn't even dead — it crawls out of Eren's head after the final fight, still alive. The foundation for the Titan system is still very much in place. The only thing that's changed is that Ymir chose to disable it.
In season two, Eren Yeager and Armin Arlert, among other Survey Corps members, began growing suspicious of two of their comrades, Reiner Braun and Bertholdt Hoover. Reiner and Bertholdt eventually confessed the truth to Eren, admitting they were not just Marleyans undercover, but Titan shifters too.
While Eren was genuinely sorry for upsetting his father, he expressed no remorse whatsoever for killing the robbers.
