Wiz: Raiden is a clever and versatile combatant, but was completely overpowered by Thor's strength.
Thor was way more powerful than raiden. raiden only had power over mankind. Thor has had powers over many of other superheros.
3 LOSE TO: WONDER WOMAN
If there's one person who could handle Raiden in a fight, it's Wonder Woman. Aside from possessing a vast array of meta-human abilities, Diana has been training in martial techniques with her Amazon sisters since she was a child, and there's arguably no better warrior on the planet.
Raiden probably wins due since he can't actually die. His true form is a ball of lighting. Superman won't be able to actually kill him.
Formerly the God of Thunder, Raiden is one of the wisest and most powerful beings in the universe. His control over lightning allowed him to travel at the speed of light, summon lightning, and perform resurrection. Raiden isn't indestructible, and cannot use his powers outside his domain.
MBStarscream: Zeus' strength rivals that of Hercules', so his strength trumped Raiden's. Both have healing powers, but Zeus' regeneration also trumped Raiden's.
Raiden does the same general thing. He shares the same qualities. And being a fellow god, a fellow God of Thunder particularly, would likely render Raiden worthy even faster. So in closing, yes, I believe Raiden COULD wield Mjolnir as he's a benevolent warrior Thunder God just like Thor is.
Raiden likely speedblitzes. And knowing how much the Murasama can cut, Kratos wouldn't be able to survive it. Kratos may be stronger and more durable but Raiden speedblitzes and one hit from the Murasama could end Kratos.
Raiden's magic-based lightning would definitely harm Doomsday, but because of his previous immunity and overall invulnerability, it wouldn't be enough to kill him, and eventually, he would power through and hit Raiden with the finishing blow.
Upon being defeated, Armstrong talks to Raiden for a bit, and declares Raiden his successor. Raiden then finishes the former senator off by ripping out his nanomachine-laced pale heart and crushing it with his hand.

Cap is one of the few mortals able to not only lift Mjolnir but wield its full power, making him someone who can beat Thor. Assuming the reason for their battle is because Thor is possessed or tricked, Cap would be able to use Mjolnir against him.
Thor is repeatedly vanquished by the 5 new Phoenix hosts over the course of 12 issues: Colossus, Namor, Cyclops, Magik, and Emma Frost. Colossus even manages to knock Mjolnir out of Thor's hands at one point, demonstrating the strength of Phoenix and why it should not be trifled with.
Even if Excalibur only possessed 1% of Atlas' strength, he'd still be nearly 4,000 times stronger than Raiden. That's pretty consistent with the energy output of Nova's antimatter blast, too. Warframes are just that tough.
Could Raiden survive a nuke? Raiden takes damage from conventional weapons if they're powerful enough. He's fast but not fast enough to dodge nukes and even without nukes, being tagged by tank shells would cripple him if he slipped up even a few times.

The hammer Stormbreaker is very similar to Mjolnir, made of mystic Uru metal and is nearly indestructible. Worthiness: Just like the original Mjolnir, no one can lift Stormbreaker who is not worthy.
