Who would win, MCU Thanos vs Goku? Assuming they both start at full power, and they both want the other dead, Goku completely, COMPLETELY stomps. Goku at his full power is far beyond the speed of light. He could fly at Thanos and ram through his body before the Titan even has the idea to snap.
While Thanos has demonstrated a strong combat capability, dismantling Hulk in a series of rapid, well-aimed punches in Infinity War, taking into account Goku's Ki, transformations, and absolute refusal to give up until he's given it his all, Goku comes out on top.
1 Winner: Ultra Instinct Goku
This fight's winner would be very tough to predict but considering everything at play here, Ultra Instinct Goku is the favorite. His speed, reflexes, and agility are so good that Thanos might not be able to land a punch on him and that in itself is a huge advantage to have.
Goku is not exactly known for his wits and Thanos would easily outsmart him, which, together with his superior stamina, would give the Mad Titan the win in the end.
However, if we compare the two of them in their most powerful forms, Goku has no chance of emerging victorious against Rune King Thor. No matter how powerful his Ultra Instinct could become when he is enraged, this version of Thor has proven to be several times stronger than Goku.
3) Lord Beerus
He is being trained by Whis to master Ultra Instinct. He currently has an imperfect version of Autonomous Ultra Instinct, and is also proficient in Ultra Ego. Beerus can use either of these abilities to defeat Goku in a purely martial arts battle.
Goku could find a way to put the Hulk down after fighting him for awhile. Nope, Hulk would win, Hulk is stronger than Goku, and when he reach the Worldbreaker Hulk, it's lights out for Goku, also, like Superman, Hulk's strength was infinite, so Goku would have trouble for that, and Hulk takes hit similar blast to Goku.
On top of that, Thanos' skin is built like a rock and he is invulnerable to the point of immortality. Vegeta will only stand a chance if he plays his cards right and saves enough stamina to take the battle as deep as possible.
In summation. While Goku is likely to win a fight against DC's Man of Steel, the two are pretty evenly matched. As mentioned above, 100 matches between the two would likely and unsurprisingly end in an even 50/50 draw. Superman's victories against Goku would likely come when overwhelming Goku early.
Infinity Super Saiyan is the final form in the Super Saiyan process. Goku has only achieved this form and nearly killed himself doing it. This form can also be called the Ultimate Super Saiyan but it is usually called the Infinity Super Saiyan.
Goku can destroy a universe, but not a space time continuum. They are different. And Low Multiversal requires being able to destroy either multiple space-time continuums or multiple 4-D areas larger than an infinite 3-D one.
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot estimates that Goku's power levels are around 10 billion as of the Babidi Saga. By applying the same formula, this means that Goku, without Instant Transmission, can travel 22.321 trillion MPH -- or 33,314 times the speed of light!
Super Saiyan 3 Goku at full power has a battle power of 24,000,000,000, 2 billion above Kid Buu's level.
While Dragon Ball's Goku has unlocked god-like powers of his own, he still doesn't stand a chance against Lord Beerus, the God of Destruction if the two were to ever fight again. There is, however, one classic Dragon Ball hero who actually could fend off Beerus with one ingenious attack.

Goku would easily be able to combat the Jump Rope technique through his alien durability and has been depicted moving mountains far heavier than Luffy's stretchy kaiju form. The main reason that Gear Fifth can't beat a Saiyan is because Luffy's abilities are still growing and have more potential to be unlocked.
Goku is a truly powerful being, many times more powerful than several gods in his own universe. However, if he found himself in the MCU against a Thanos that had a fully loaded Infinity Gauntlet he wouldn't stand a chance.

Unlike nearly every character, Jiren is the only antagonist who isn't a villain. He is currently the strongest being Goku's ever fought, as seen in Dragon Ball Super's Tournament of Power. Jiren's existence was a rumor in other universes; he's considered the only mortal that a God of Destruction cannot defeat.
Flash might be the fastest man alive but he's no match for Goku. But being slower is what will likely save him if they ever met on the battlefield. A fight between DC's Flash and Dragon Ball's Goku would last only a matter of seconds based on their incredible speeds, but the outcome likely wouldn't be what fans expect.
