The scariest Sith is subjective, but Darth Nihilus is often cited for his terrifying ability to drain life force from entire planets, making him a void of pure hunger, while Darth Sidious (Emperor Palpatine) is feared for his manipulative genius and immense power, and Darth Vader for his sheer oppressive presence and embodiment of the dark side's dread. Other contenders include the undead Darth Sion, who fears no death, and the visionary conqueror Darth Malgus.
