Chakra originally belonged to God Trees. When Kaguya Ōtsutsuki ate the fruit the God Tree bore, she became the first person in Earth's history to wield chakra. With her new-found power, she ended all the wars that plagued the lands. Her sons, Hamura and Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, were the first people to be born with chakra.
Being the progenitor of all chakra created on Earth, Kaguya Otsutsuki is basically a god in the Naruto universe. Here are some of her powers.

1) Yin Release and Yang Release

Sasukes Space Time Teleportation jutsu is very taxing on his chakra. He says as such clearly in the Gaiden arc. You can even see it depowers his Rinnegan and the tomoes go away. And since like the whole series he's on a mission to hunt down Otsutsuki related things he's always using it and traveling.

Hagoromo Otsutsuki, also known as the Sage of Six Paths, is arguably the strongest character in the entire Narutoverse. He was skilled enough to seal away Kaguya, thanks to help from Hamura, before he even reached his prime.
Because Naruto has perfect chakra control, with infinite chakra he would be infinitely strong, infinitely fast, infinitely durable and would be able to clone himself an infinite amount of times.
The Sudarshana Chakra (Sanskrit: सुदर्शनचक्र, romanized: Sudarśanacakra) is a divine discus, attributed to Vishnu in the Hindu scriptures. The Sudarshana Chakra is generally portrayed on the right rear hand of the four hands of Vishnu, who also holds the Panchajanya (conch), the Kaumodaki (mace), and the Padma (lotus).
Each of these chakras are presided over by six yoginis. Lakini is the yogini or devi who presides over the Manipura chakra. She is referred to as the Benefactress of All.
Dimension creation is probably one of the most powerful techniques that Kaguya has. She replaced the world around her using her combination of Rinne Sharingan with her own personal dimensions! It's a majorly powerful Space-Time Ninjutsu from the end of Shippuden that are still active in Boruto.
3 Orochimaru
One of Konoha's elite ninja during the old era, Orochimaru was obsessed with learning all Ninjutsu, something that he likely picked up from Hiruzen, a man who was said to know every single Jutsu in Konoha's history.
Thus, he has access to all five chakra natures. Madara primarily uses Fire Release since members of the Uchiha Clan tend to use it more than any other chakra nature. Nonetheless, he does not show his proficiency in using other chakra natures, as he prefers to activate his ocular abilities.
Minato was also an adept sensor, able to detect chakra signatures from great distances. For closer targets, he could detect everyone within an area by placing his finger on the ground. Minato was also proficient in the nature transformations of Fire, Wind, Lightning, along with Yin and Yang Release.
1 JUTSU: Rinne Tensei
It allows the user to bring anyone back to life by performing a certain handseal. This comes at the cost of the life-force of the user. Nagato, being an Uzumaki with strong chakra, was able to bring multiple people back to life using his powers during the Pain's Assault arc.
Forbidden Jutsu, also known as Kinjutsu, is a type of Ninjutsu that has been banned from being taught or used. The term originated after the warring states' end when newly formed hidden villages agreed to forbid certain techniques to reduce unnecessary bloodshed and keep the peace.
People tend to hold their traumas in the Manipura chakra.
