Said to be a master of multiple Jutsu, Jiraiya also possessed the ability to use the Rasengan. The Rasengan was taught to him by his student, Minato Namikaze, who Jiraiya described as a once-in-a-generation prodigy. Akin to Minato, Jiraiya relied on this Jutsu quite a lot and, with time, it became his go-to technique.
Ninjutsu. Minato was taught by Jiraiya how to (Summoning Technique) summon toads, and was one of the few people to earn the respect and full cooperation of Gamabunta. He demonstrated skill with barrier ninjutsu and could use the Shadow Clone Technique.
It was Nagato, Yahiko, and Konan, however, Jiraiya took the greatest pride in the first one listed, because they shared similar ideals and he assumed that Nagato would be the Prophecy child, ushering in an era of peace.

Jiraiya learned the toad sage mode, but he could never master it. Hence, his sage mode remained imperfect. Jiraiya was revered as an elite ninja and he showed what he was capable of doing when he fought against the Six Paths of Pain. But, defeating someone like Tobirama would be out his range.

She wields the Rinne-Sharingan, which is needed to cast the strongest Genjutsu in the entire series. With her Rinne-Sharingan, Kaguya can cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi over the entire world.
