In fan interpretation,
Gyomei Himejima claims that Sanemi had a crush on Kanae, though we do not have confirmation from Sanemi. We also do not know if these feelings were reciprocated. In Kimetsu Academy, Sanemi is claimed to enjoy talking to Kanae in his free time.
Sanemi in the light novel seems to have a complicated bond with Kanae: He respects her and feels familiarity because they are both the same age, they are the older brother/sister, they lost their parents at a young age to a demon, etc.
Sanemi and Kanae's first and only known canon interaction was when the former got angry at Kagaya, accusing the their leader that he didn't value the lives and efforts of the demon slayers who die for their cause.
DakiTan. DakiTan is the ship between Daki and Tanjiro Kamado.
The only two people she really cares for are Muzan Kibutsuji and her older brother. She shows deep respect for Muzan Kibutsuji immediately falling into a bow when he appears. Although she cares and loves her brother she is seen insulting and blaming him at times when things aren't going well.
3 Muzan Mainly Liked Daki Because Of Her Potential To Earn Money. Given how easily Muzan would destroy any demon who didn't have any use for him, people have to wonder how he managed to be so tolerant for Daki's sake even though he already held the notion that she wasn't the brightest of the lot.
Personality. Kanae was the polar opposite of her biological younger sister Shinobu Kocho; she was a sweet, patient and kind girl with an easy-going personality, which she is almost always seen in a soft smile on her face in the flashbacks of Shinobu and Kanao Tsuyuri.
Kanao and Tanjiro would eventually marry and start a family, having two great-great-grandchildren by the names of Kanata Kamado and Sumihiko Kamado between them.

Sanemi and Giyuu are married and live in hollowed out tree near a bunch of glowy mushrooms. Sanemi works at a construction site while Giyuu is a humble fisher. They're friends with a butterfly named Shinobu and will sometimes invite her over for a cup of tea.
After Kanae died at the hands of one of the 12 Demon Moons, Doma, Shinobu was heartbroken and developed an intense hatred towards the demon-kind.
You see Kanae Kocho is 21 years old (If she was still alive) and Shinobu Kocho is 18. Kanao is presumably 16 years old- a year older than Tanjiro.
Kanao Tsuyuri
The two openly express their disdain with each other with Doma referring to Kanao as "the first time [he's] talked to such an unkind girl", with Kanao expressing her desires to "cut off his head and send him to hell as quickly as possible, initiating a fight between the two.
Kanao never spoke before being adopted into the Demon Slayer Corps and continued to have difficulty speaking after officially joining the other demon slayers. To help with her indecisiveness and other struggles, Kanao often flips a coin she received as a gift.
Eventually Zenitsu and Nezuko would marry and start a family as evidenced by their descendants.
Doma is always smiling and acts very friendly, but this cheerful, caring nature is simply a facade. He states that he cares for his fellow Upper Moons and even cries when he learns that Akaza died, though, in fact, he doesn't feel anything for them. Even when he was human, Doma didn't feel any type of human emotion.
Her eyes were a pale violet and slanted towards the sides of her face, bright and bug-like, with many notable white sparkles reflecting light off of them.
Although she's killed prior to the story, back in the days, Kanae Kocho was the most powerful Flower Hashira, and even one of the strongest female characters in Kimetsu no Yaiba.
Trivia. Anne was originally planned to be Muzan`s older sister, who died by the hand of a Demon Slayer but that idea was scrapped, as the author knew practically nothing about Muzan`s early life. Instead, Anne became his wife, by which he had two children.
In the eighth episode of the "Entertainment District" arc, Upper Six Gyutaro couldn't stop gushing over his man-crush on Tengen.
In fanon they usually portray Douma being comically in love with Shinobu while she despises him, or they both falling in love with each other and developing a romantic relationship despite Shinobu's initial reluctance.
