S11 E24: One by one, the mighty paw-print of Bartholomew Kuma makes the Straw Hats disappear until only Luffy remains. To where did his mates vanish? And will he ever see them again?
Later, he was even prepared to take all of Luffy's pain, which should have killed him, but his sheer dedication and discipline allowed him to keep going, so no, he won't leave the crew. Was Zoro okay with Usopp joining the crew in his first appearance? Yes.
As the Straw Hat Pirates battle Don Krieg aboard the Baratie, Nami steals the Going Merry and leaves for Cocoyashi Village. She does so in order to return home and buy her hometown's freedom from the Arlong Pirates, only for the fish-men to immediately break their agreement.
After his fellow Straw Hats are threatened by the combined might of the Vinsmokes and Big Mom, Sanji agrees to go through with the marriage in order to protect his friends. He leaves the crew and even faces off against Luffy to drive home his departure.
Nico Robin
She stayed with the crew until after the events of the Water Seven arc, when she was found out by the CP-9 and coerced to turn herself in to help the World Government read the Poneglyphs. She initially refused, but agreed to leave after the CP-9 threatened to launch a Buster Call against the Straw Hats.
In the Whole Cake Island arc, Pudding tried to help the Straw Hat Pirates, however, she was actually leading them into a trap. She betrayed not just the Straw Hat Pirates but Sanji as well and was planning on killing him and his entire family.
Robin also seems to be very devoted to Luffy, as he is the only person whom she wants to get stronger for. This shows how great her dedication to her captain has become after being rescued from Enies Lobby. Upon learning of Ace's death, Robin was very shocked and became greatly concerned about Luffy's wellbeing.
Over the years, he has come a long way and become one of the strongest pirates on the seas. Zoro has attained terrific strength, but he does not rely on a Devil Fruit at all.
The reason Robin “betrayed” the Strawhats is because CP9 had permission to order a Buster Call on the Strawhats. This is an overkill arrangement whereby five vice-admirals arrive with ten battleships and destroy the target with extreme prejudice.
Who will Zoro marry? Zoro does not marry anyone in One Piece. He is not interested in marriage. In the anime, Kozuki Hiyori is very close to Zoro because he risked his life to save her and Toko from Orochi's assassin Kamazo.
However, he is also an equally important fighter in the crew, being part of the Monster Trio, along with Zoro and Luffy, and, one of the Pirate King's Wings. While Sanji does not have a Devil Fruit, if you were to ever eat one, there are certain ones that would fit him perfectly.
How did Zoro lose his left eye? He never lost it. It is a scar over his left eye that has been there after the time skip, and many fans are theorizing on what might have happened to it. For example, Zoro has a hidden power sealed beneath his left eye, and when he opens it, a hidden power is unleashed.
Usopp After Wano
Usopp remains to be the weakest member of the Straw Hat Pirates.
Although Yamato doesn't have a set role, for now, Oda can easily create one for him. Fans already saw this with Jinbe, who was made the Helmsman of the crew upon joining. Yamato needs Luffy's approval to join the crew and, once he gets it, he's officially going to be the 11th member of the Straw Hat Pirates.
Sanji - Training With Ivankov
One Piece's Sanji was sent to the Kamabakka Kingdom, an island inhabited entirely by okama that happened to be the home of one of Luffy's newest allies, Emporio Ivankov.
In the 98th volume of One Piece, Oda answered a fan question about what Devil Fruits would fit Nami, Zoro, Sanji, Usopp, and Franky best. Nami's Fruit is the Rumble Rumble Fruit, which lets its user wield the power of lightning.

Oda may not have romance in his mind (for now), but shipping fans certainly do. It's not uncommon for them to pair Nami with fellow Straw Hats. Her most popular ships appear to be Luffy and Sanji. There are plenty of scenes that attract a lot of attention.
That said, there is one crew member who stands above the rest in terms of loyalty to Luffy: Roronoa Zoro. The Straw Pirates' first mate has proven his loyalty on numerous occasions throughout the series, even putting his crew mates' well-being above his own life.
She attempted to remove her soul fragment from him, but he survived the ordeal by permanently fusing with Nami's Clima-Tact as a vessel. Zeus then joined Nami for good, this time as her partner.
Zeus is now completely loyal to Nami as he will do anything to make-up for his previously betrayal towards her. Zeus is a coward when he is afraid of the dark and/or Big Mom is willing to kill him for his uselessness while he is no longer any use to her.
