No one definitively killed Soldier Boy in The Boys, but he was neutralized and put into a cryogenic state by Grace Mallory's team after being overpowered by Homelander and Butcher, becoming a super-powered weapon they used against Homelander before he was taken back into custody and later revealed to be alive in Season 4, notes Variety and The Mary Sue. The cover story was that a Russian superweapon killed him, but he was experimented on, not killed, by the Russians, and later subdued by The Boys' crew.
However, Homelander does eventually overpower Soldier Boy and begins choking him.
Homelander and Soldier Boy appear to be close in physical strength, if not evenly matched. The former even told the latter that he was the only Supe nearly as strong as him. However, Homelander possesses other abilities like flight, super speed, X-ray vision, and laser beams that give him an advantage over Soldier Boy.

Homelander is killed by Black Noir, who is revealed to be an evil clone of Homelander. Black Noir had been created to frame Homelander for a series of crimes and be used as a way to gain leverage over him. Butcher kills Black Noir before he could do anymore damage, and from there, things get a bit crazy.

After taking V24, Butcher returns to Gunpowder, beating and interrogating him, demonstrating superpowers including super durability, super strength, and laser vision.

Vought-American is the true villain at the heart of The Boys, as the corporation not only created supes, it endorsed and covered up their heinous activities in order to perpetuate the company's profitability.
If Sister Sage is talking about a literal physical fight, then there is another supe that could defeat Homelander: Ryan. Ryan is the only supe who has powers that even come close to matching Homelander, meaning that one day he could end up killing him.
As he fully turns to Kessler at the end of the fourth season, Butcher seems capable of accessing his newfound abilities whenever he wants to. He also doesn't appear to be dying as quickly, a surefire sign that he's a permanent Supe.

Mother's Milk (MM) seems skinnier in The Boys Season 4 because actor Laz Alonzo lost weight intentionally for a healthier lifestyle and a more "fit" look for the role, combined with shaving his beard, which significantly changed his facial appearance. The show even acknowledges this in-universe, with a character commenting he looks like he needs to eat more, while Alonzo's personal health journey involved dietary changes after a DNA test.
