Assuming that the universe of Earth-199999 has 10 trillion lifeforms, Thanos' snap reduced half of the universe with him being responsible for 5 trillion deaths in a second. While Avengers: Endgame resurrected most of the victims, Thanos did set an unbeatable kill count at the time.

if hulk is shocked out of those emotions, thinks too much then he will be weaker. In the MCU Thanos already had the power stone which would have given Thanos enough power to hold his own, Thanos is a skilled fighter too which would have been more than enough to shock hulk out of anger into fear.

In this sense, TOAA is above the narrative and cannot be defeated because it represents the authority that dictates the story itself. Any scenario in which it could be defeated would contradict its very nature and require the creators to rewrite the concept of the Marvel Multiverse itself.

To summarize, the weakest superhero ever recruited by the Avengers was Delroy Garrett Jr., also known as Triathlon. Formerly a track star who competed in Olympic Games and won three gold medals, Garrett became a superhero when he found a mysterious object and gained the powers of 3-D Man.
Without the gauntlet he can take on all of the Avengers simultaneously without taking any discernible damage. He's quite literally stopped a heavily swung mjolnir with one hand and then floored Thor with the other.
