Kanae Kocho, the former Flower Hashira in Demon Slayer, was killed by the Upper Rank Two demon, Doma, who fatally wounded her with his razor-sharp fans, leading to her slow death from blood loss after he fled the sunrise, an event that deeply impacted her sisters Shinobu and Kanao.

Soon realizing that he can't take back Nakime and fight the Demon Slayers at the same time, Muzan uses his powers to kill his final Upper Rank by crushing her head, which prevents Yushiro from using the castle against him and allows him to fully focus on killing the remaining Hashiras and Tanjiro.

While many Hashira died in the fight, some survived: Giyu Tomioka, the Water Hashira, and Sanemi Shinazugawa, the Wind Hashira, both survive the final fight, carrying on the memory of their fallen comrades. Tanjiro also survives, and after the war, the Demon Slayer Corps disbands because demons are gone for good.
By the end of the manga, only one Hashira survives and lives a full life: Tengen Uzui, the Sound Hashira. The rest meet tragic ends, either in battle or due to the toll of their Demon Slayer Marks.
One of the reasons people might consider Shinobu the "weakest" Hashira is because, unlike the others, she can't behead demons, which is usually the easiest way to kill them. Instead, she uses poison to defeat them.

Rinkaku Kagune: Rize's rinkaku kagune is very special, as it is abnormally powerful (even by rinkaku users' standards) and can regenerate faster than other kagunes. She can spring up four tentacles and use them to take down multiple opponents in one strike without much effort.
