In the Demon Slayer manga epilogue, Zenitsu Agatsuma marries Nezuko Kamado, Tanjiro's sister, and they have children and descendants, solidifying his long-held affection for her after the battle with Muzan. Their marriage completes his "simp" behavior into a real relationship, making him Tanjiro's brother-in-law, despite initial complexities when Nezuko was a demon.
Eventually Zenitsu and Nezuko would marry and start a family as evidenced by their descendants.
Inosuke Hashibira
He typically wears the head of his deceased boar mother as a mask. Despite his brutish exterior, he is a highly capable combatant. He eventually becomes a close ally to Tanjiro and his companions. Following the disbandment of the Demon Slayer Corps, he marries Aoi Kanzaki.

Upon seeing her for the first time, Zenitsu falls in love with Nezuko at first sight.
So it turns out that Nezuko actually did fall in love with Zenitsu, however there's a catch. When Zenitsu protected Nezuko from Inosuke her heart skipped a beat. She fell in love. However, she thought the boy that protected her and Zenitsu were two different people. She was in love with someone else. So what changed?
Tanjiro Kamado marries fellow Demon Slayer Kanao Tsuyuri after the series ends, and they start a family together, with their great-great-grandchildren appearing in the manga's epilogue. Shinobu initially assumes that since Nezuko was a demon she was a threat to others, though she decides to make her death swift and painless when she realizes that Tanjiro was her brother.
The only canonically LGBTQ+ character in Demon Slayer is Suma, one of Tengen Uzui's wives, who is confirmed to be bisexual and polyamorous in the series' databooks, showing affection for both men and women, including Tengen and her fellow wives, Makio and Hinatsuru. While other characters like Mitsuri are speculated to be queer, Suma is the sole officially confirmed character, with her relationship dynamic highlighting both bisexuality and polyamory within the Demon Slayer Corps.

Tanjiro Kamado

At the end of Season 2, Episode 12, there's a short scene that explains why Tengen has three wives, a trio of kunoichi named Makio, Suma, and Hinatsuru. Tanjiro tells the audience that Tengen's family practices polygamy, the custom of having more than one spouse at a time.
