While Billy Batson (Shazam) is generally considered the most powerful due to being the original champion and source, his sister Mary Bromfield (Mary Marvel) is often seen as the strongest potential contender, especially after gaining her own divine gifts from different gods, potentially rivaling or exceeding Billy's power in some interpretations. Other family members like Pedro (Shazam Strength) and Darla (Shazam Speed) have focused, powerful abilities but share the same core power source, making them potent but typically less versatile or overwhelming than Billy or Mary.
Billy Batson, AKA Shazam himself, dominated our poll, getting 82% of the vote by the time we spoke to the cast. That's probably not too shocking though, considering he's the title character. So really, the big race was to see who fans felt could end up as the second most powerful member of the family after Billy.

With that being said, Black Adam would be (in theory) the more powerful of the 2 because all of his features are drawn by the power of Egyptian Gods while Shazam's are based on gods and Demi-gods, which have human elements. In other words, Black Adam's powers are (in theory) stronger than Shazam's.
Superman DID lift Mjolnir in an epic Marvel/DC crossover event. However, it turned out that Odin, while watching, allowed it temporarily in the moment. When Superman tried to lift it after the battle, he couldn't anymore. So, basically, they way they wrote it, Superman is not worthy.
