Edo Tensei
Edo Tensei is easily the most terrifying forbidden jutsu in the Naruto franchise. Originally invented by the Second Hokage, this forbidden jutsu was later discovered by Orochimaru and perfected by Kabuto.
One of the strongest known Kekkei Genkai in Naruto, the Rinnegan is the rarest of the Three Great Dojutsu.
Naruto Uzumaki's strongest jutsu, the Ultra Big Ball Rasenshuriken, was expanded to counter Sasuke's strongest Jutsu, Indra's Arrow.
Hirudora is easily Might Guy's most iconic jutsu from the series. He used it with cataclysmic results against Kisame, allowing him to soundly defeat the former Akatsuki member. He also used Hirudora during his fight against Madara, fracturing his Susanoo armor to free the Eight-Tails.
The Raijin Slice combines space-time jutsu with a sword or other bladed weapon. The user teleports to a marked target in an instant to deliver a devastating blow. The Susanoo is the strongest ability available to those who have awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan, and in its final form, it becomes a towering colossus that is capable of altering the entire landscape with a single attack.
The 2nd and 3rd Tsuchikage are the only known ninja to have ever used Dust Release, which makes it the rarest chakra nature in the series, but it also happens to be extremely powerful.
Kakashi is a master of over a 1000 jutsu but these are some of his rarest techniques. Kakashi Hatake is one of the most powerful characters in the Naruto world. Known to have been a prodigy from a very young age, Kakashi grew up to become one of the very strongest ninjas to have ever existed in Konohagakure.
A very simple technique with an over-dramatic name, One Thousand Years of Death is little more than inserting one's index and middle fingers (similar to the Tiger hand seal) into the opponent's rectum, causing constipation, pain and/or embarrassment. It has no effect on unconscious targets.
Tobirama Senju was the Second Hokage of Konohagakure and likely the man who had created most of the Jutsu known to us in Naruto. Being a user of all five nature types, Tobirama was exceptionally strong.
Rasengan was the 2nd hardest jutsu cause it was difficult to manipulate the chakra the way it does. A normal ninja can also find it difficult to master.
4) Rope escape. This escape Jutsu is taught to the students at the academy. This technique teaches the shinobis to escape from the ropes by either finding a way to untie them or dislocating their joints to free themselves from the binding. It is one of the simplest Jutsus in Naruto.

Amaterasu is the highest level of Fire Release and it was first used by Itachi Uchiha in his fight against Sasuke Uchiha. The technique is unique to Itachi and Sasuke's Mangekyou Sharingan. Amaterasu can easily overpower the ordinary flames and it is impossible to put the fire out.
Indra's Arrow is credited as Sasuke's most powerful offensive technique. Using his Susanoo, Sasuke was able to accomplish this technique by absorbing the Nine-Tailed Beasts' chakra.
Despite that, Jiraiya was, undoubtedly, weaker than Itachi. Even though Itachi did say that a fight against Jiraiya would lead to both of them killing each other, the statement was merely for the purpose of avoiding conflict where he could since his intentions were always good.
He never had children of his own, for which reason he thought of Minato Namikaze as his son and, by extension, thought of Naruto as his grandson.
