Vulture. Vulture, AKA Adrian Toomes, landed in the MCU in Spider-Man: Homecoming.

And while the Vulture is still in prison, Mysterio was a villain who died fighting Tom Holland's Spider-Man, and would have provided a more personal angle to the film's drama about wanting to save the villains from themselves. Obviously he wasn't in the film, however.
Michael Morbius was first introduced to his audience as Spider-Man's enemy in Marvel Comics. Depicted as a bloodthirsty vampire, he became the prime villain for Peter Parker to fight.
In the end, this means that Morbius is not part of the MCU itself, but a neighboring universe.
No, as far as we know, Spider-Man does not exist in Morbius' universe. So Morbius should probably be asking Vulture a lot of followup questions like, “Who is Spider-Man?” and, “Why do I care about him?” Also, Morbius has been the hero of the movie up until this point. He took down a bad vampire.
