Amun was the coven's leader and was one of only two survivors of the Volturi's assault during the war between their covens, the other one being Kebi, his mate. Amun is also considered the oldest vampire in the Twilight universe, as he was turned before the Romanian coven – the oldest coven there is – rose to power.

As with human beings, the Egyptians are ancient. They're so old, in fact, that their coven leader Amun (Omar Metwally) is considered the oldest of all vamps.

Aro was born in Greece in the 1340 B.C. He was transformed into a vampire by Eames at the age of 40.

There's a reason why the Cullen coven members all look so dewy and fresh-faced: none of them were turned before age 30. In fact, the oldest Cullen in terms of aging is Esme, who was turned at the ripe old age of 26.
In the films, his apparent age is of early 20s and his hair is silky blond with a fairly charming appearance as contrasted with Marcus, who had been transformed at age 19 in the books and bears the appearance of a middle-aged man in the films.

Irina is the deceased mate of Laurent, the youngest adoptive sister of Tanya, Kate and the deceased Vasilii, the adoptive daughter of Sasha and coven members with Eleazar and Carmen.
