Obito Uchiha (Japanese: うちは オビト, Hepburn: Uchiha Obito), also known by his alias Tobi (トビ), is a character in Masashi Kishimoto's manga Naruto.
Madara Uchiha (うちはマダラ, Uchiha Madara) is a major antagonist of the series. He co-founded Konohagakure and Akatsuki, and was once the leader of the Uchiha clan. When first introduced, he poses as Tobi (トビ), Deidara's partner in Akatsuki.
Currently, there are only two known surviving members of the clan: Sasuke Uchiha and Akatsuki mastermind Tobi, who is the clan founder himself, Madara Uchiha.
Who is the god of Uchiha? Indra Otsutsuki is revealed to be the creator/ founder of the renowned Uchiha Clan in Naruto. He was the eldest son of Hagoromo Otsutsuki (The Sage of Six Paths) and the elder brother of Ashura Otsutsuki.

Sasuke aside, Madara is easily the strongest Uchiha in the land. His boldness knows no limits after we witnessed him directly challenge the God of the Shinobi in order to compare himself directly to the best. After obtaining the power of Rinnegan, he went on to control the Ten-Tailed beast's Jinchuriki.
At some point Shin became obsessed with the Uchiha clan, especially Itachi. As such, he began to imitate the Uchiha: adopting their surname and customary clothing, as well as numerous Sharingan which have been implanted all over his body.
1 Kaguya Otsutsuki
She wields the Rinne-Sharingan, which is needed to cast the strongest Genjutsu in the entire series. With her Rinne-Sharingan, Kaguya can cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi over the entire world.
The manga finally reveals the the fake “Madara's” identity: Obito. Why this makes sense: 1) The names “Tobi” and “Obito” are very similar.
Surprisingly, he wasn't given the opportunity as he ended up dying at the hands of Kaguya Otsutsuki towards the end of the Ninja War.
In order to gain access to the other dimension, Madara stole Kakashi's Sharingan, thus stripping Kakashi of all of its powers.
Obito became a villain after witnessing the death of Rin at the hands of Kakashi. Convinced that the world of dreams was the way to go forward, Obito did everything in his power to help Madara achieve his goal.
2 Winner: Itachi Uchiha
He was able to defeat Kabuto in battle and even made him cancel the Edo Tensei. Once again, Itachi did this without taking any credit and saved the world from the shadows, like always.
In truth, Obito was saved from death and trained by Madara Uchiha, but the events of the war left Obito disillusioned with reality, and he inherited Madara's plan to create an ideal world.
There's no denying that both Itachi and Madara Uchiha are badass characters that the fans can't help but love. When it comes to their charisma as a villain, however, Madara certainly trumps Itachi.

Ever since he was a kid, Sasuke Uchiha never feared any challenge. When Naruto was too scared to fight the first foes they met on their first mission, Sasuke showed no sign of fear.
Hashirama Senju, aka the First Hokage, was the only one who could ever beat Madara Uchiha in life.
Madara is considered a legendary ninja who fought against Hashirama Senju and was considered the "God of Shinobi." After being reanimated, Madara took down the Five Kage, but that was due to having infinite chakra reserves. He was also able to defeat Naruto, Sasuke, and Tobirama during the Fourth Great Ninja War.
In conclusion, Obito Uchiha would defeat Itachi Uchiha when comparing the two characters in their strongest forms. Obito has one of the strongest, if not the strongest, Sage Mode in the series and has enough chakra reserve to beat Itachi.
It is revealed later that Sasuke is the sole survivor of the once-powerful Uchiha clan of Konohagakure. He, at the age of seven, survived the massacre of his clan perpetrated by his brother, Itachi, who spared Sasuke's life because he did not consider him worth killing.
