The Fifth Hokage was a Senju heir, and later, Kakashi Hatake, the student of Minato, became the Sixth Hokage. This all culminates in Naruto, Minato's son and Kakashi's student, becoming the Seventh Hokage. And yet, there has never been an Uchiha Hokage.

Kakashi's time as Hokage was widely considered to be successful and he remains to be one of the best Kage in the story for various reasons.

Kaguya Otsutsuki was an ancient deity who was responsible for the first flow of Chakra reaching human beings. One of the most powerful beings, as all the other Otsutsuki are, she is definitely someone who can beat Madara.
