4) Shinobu Kocho
Her speed and swiftness are something that even troubles the strongest of the demons. Shinobu uses a unique needle-like blade to inflict multiple wounds on the opponent to inject lethal wisteria-based poison into them. It is only possible because of her speed and accuracy.
Despite her petite appearance, Mitsuri Kanroji has a special muscular composition that makes her muscles eight times denser than an ordinary human's. She is also more flexible than the other Hashira. These two strengths balance out her being the slowest runner out of all the Hashira.

Tokito is a particularly impressive demon slayer, having reached the rank of Hashira only two months after joining the Demon Slayer Corp.
Over a century ago, Doma held the position of Upper Rank Six ( 上 じょう 弦 げん の 陸 ろく , Jōgen no Roku?), and during that tenure, he turned Gyutaro and Daki into demons and introduced them into the Twelve Kizuki.

We first see Doma when he is still the Upper Moon Six while he is in the middle of eating a geisha. Later he becomes even stronger and rises to the position of Upper Moon Two. He dies because of the lethal amount of poison he absorbed through Shinobu Kocho's body followed by Kanao Tsuyuri beheading him.
After various battles within the Dimensional Infinity Fortress the remaining Upper Moons are killed by the hands of various Demon Slayers.
