Heles (ヘレス, Heresu) is the God of Destruction of Universe 2.
Beerus has proven to be more powerful than a God of Destruction when he used just one chop to take down Beerus, and he also held off both Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta and Goku simultaneously.
As the main character, Goku eventually surpassing Beerus is all but guaranteed. After all, Goku's journey is one of encountering and overcoming obstacles. It was demonstrated with Demon King Piccolo, then Frieza, then Kid Buu.
Whis is one of the strongest beings in existence, and interestingly enough, only his father and the Omni King are confirmed to be stronger than him.
1) Beerus. Although Jiren is said to be able to defeat a God of Destruction, it's unlikely Beerus is at risk of suffering that defeat. Beerus has yet to use 100% of his powers in Dragon Ball Super thus far, whereas Jiren at 100% struggled against Mastered Ultra Instinct (MUI) Goku.
1) Beerus. Beerus is the God of Destruction hailing from Universe 7. He is the strongest God of Destruction among the 12 universes in Dragon Ball.
Vegeta was able to put up a decent fight against Jiren during the Tournament of Power, and he even defeated Toppo, a God of Destruction candidate. Unfortunately, Vegeta's level is defined below that of Broly's, and no matter how strong Vegeta is right now, he will end up getting crushed.
Indra also called Śakra, the supreme god, is the first of the 33, followed by Agni.
Kali is the Goddess of Destruction and Dissolution in Hinduism, and she is one of the most popular goddesses in India. Kali is known for destroying ignorance, and she helps those who strive for knowledge of God. Her name means "The Black One" and the city of Calcutta is named in her honor.
Heles is the only known female God of Destruction; however, it is worth taking note of, that prior to the erasure of Universes 13-18, there might have been other female Gods of Destruction.
His Hakai Ki is able to amplify his power yet again and become even stronger than before, however in the manga it is repeatedly stated that Vegito blue is stronger. Vegito blue has a power level of 10.8 Septillion, therefore Beerus most likely has a power level of 10.7 Septillion.
And It's Not Goku. While Goku has been able to channel the power of the gods, he is still no match for Lord Beerus, but one Z Fighter can succeed where Goku failed.
In the manga's Universe Survival Saga, during the Zeno Expo, Beerus uses Ultra Instinct against the other Gods of Destruction, enabling him to handle multiple Gods of Destruction simultaneously; however, he is eventually restrained by Mule due to not having yet perfected the ability.
The Omni-King of the Dragon Ball franchise, Zeno, is undoubtedly stronger than Beerus. Zeno is, in fact, so much stronger than Beerus that the Destroyer is terrified of angering or upsetting him.
Beerus was afraid Beerus would cause Xeno to destroy his universe, not of Jiren himself. He was scared Goku would lose.
But without Ultra Instinct, Jiren still has the advantage over Goku. In order to defeat Jiren, Goku had to team up with both Frieza and Android 17. On his own, the only hope Goku has of defeating Jiren is by fully mastering Ultra Instinct, and being able to activate it at will.

Goku has some clear advantages over Broly and all of them are key when it comes to a one-on-one fight. Ultra Instinct Goku is faster, stronger, and more agile compared to his opponent and on top of that, there is a significant difference in their respective power levels.
Monaka was initially described as being a hero of his home world planet, Wagashi. At some point in his past, he was said to have fought against the God of Destruction Beerus. He managed to cause Beerus trouble, which makes him later claim Monaka as the strongest fighter he's ever faced.
