While Hercules may have the strength to literally destroy Thor's body, Thor can technically do the exact same thing to Hercules. The Olympian and the Asgardian are evenly matched in terms of both strength and durability.
Holding his own for a remarkable length of time, Hercules eventually fell before the combined might of Erik Josten, AKA Goliath (later Atlas), Calvin Zabo, AKA Mister Hyde, and the Wrecking Crew, who beat him into a coma.

Thor beat Marvel's Zeus without much trouble by absorbing all his power. Even without doing that, he would've won a normal fight, since he's more powerful than Odin now, and Odin was always considered equal to Zeus. If anything, Odin was actually more powerful than Zeus by feats.
The One-Above-All
With the power to make or unmake anything, reverse, speed up, stop time, and reshape reality instantaneously, it's impossible to comprehend what or who The One-Above-All is. The One-Above-All is the most powerful character in the Marvel Universe.
