The question "Who is Reaper's father" depends on which "Reaper" you mean, as it's a common title; but for Overwatch's Reaper (Gabriel Reyes), he had a wife Martina and an unnamed son, while in Soul Eater, the Grim Reaper is essentially God/Death, and in Rose of God Wiki, Reapers have "Death" as their father. For Overwatch, there are theories that Baptiste or Sombra might be related, but no official confirmation of a father figure.
