Mikasa Ackerman doesn't have a specific uncle revealed as her direct father's brother in Attack on Titan, but she, Levi, and Kenny Ackerman are all from the same powerful, scattered bloodline; while Kenny is Levi's uncle, Mikasa's father and Levi's mother (Kuchel) were cousins, making Mikasa and Levi distant relatives (second cousins) rather than having a direct uncle-niece link with Kenny.
Kenny also mentions his sister's name, Kuchel, so definitely not Mikasa.
In Attack on Titan
Kenny is later revealed to be Levi's maternal uncle, who raised him after his mother Kuchel's death.
Mikasa was born to an Asian mother, and her father was a member of the Ackerman clan. She lived peacefully with her parents in the farmlands of Wall Maria, helping them since a young age.
In Attack on Titan ANSWERS, Hajime Isayama stated that "[Mikasa, Levi, and Kenny] are all part of the same Ackerman bloodline. However, their reasons for protecting their respective counterparts do not have anything to do with the bloodline itself—it is just their nature."
Levi did not become a Titan, and he probably will not since he's an Ackerman and they are a minority bloodline. Since the Ackermans are not subject to memory loss like the majority of people inside the Walls they are probably not Subjects of Ymir, which would mean they could not be turned into Titans either.
While Mikasa's feelings towards Eren were pretty evident, Eren only confessed his love for Mikasa at the conclusion of the series, making it one of the most tragic love stories in the anime and manga world.
Kenny Ackermann (ケニー・アッカーマン Kenī Akkāman?) was the captain (隊長 Taichō?) of the Anti-Personnel Control Squad in the Military Police Regiment, an ironic contrast to his former life as a serial killer of the MPs, earning the title Kenny the Ripper (切り裂きケニー Kirisaki Kenī?) for how he slit his victims' throats.
Hoping he will lead her to the real king of the Walls, Annie decides to follow him. When Kenny discovers and confronts her about it, Annie attempts to deceive him by telling him that she is his long-lost daughter.

The Ackerman were a family that was part of the Eldian Empire's elite and were created through experimentation with Titan power. They couldn't transform into Titans, but they developed superhuman combat abilities, reflected in their extraordinary strength, endurance, and reflexes.
The Ackermann family (アッカーマン家 Akkāman-ke?) was once a family of warriors who protected the king, and one of the few bloodlines immune to the Royal family's power. After turning their backs on the monarchy, they were harshly persecuted after rebelling against Karl Fritz and are currently on the verge of extinction.
Captain Shikishima appears to be an amalgamation of Levi, Reiner, and Zeke, none of whom are portrayed in the live-action adaptations. He holds Levi's position as Eren's superior officer within the Survey Corps and his title, "The Strongest Man," is similar to Levi's, "Humanity's Strongest Soldier."
He asks Rod to confirm what he just said about only a Reiss being able to obtain the Titan's power, which he does. Having planned to become a Titan himself and steal Eren's power, Kenny becomes visibly distraught as he realizes that his plan is pointless.
The nine Titan powers were the Founding Titan, the Armored Titan, the Attack Titan, the Beast Titan, the Cart Titan, the Colossus Titan, the Female Titan, the Jaw Titan and the War Hammer Titan.
Mikasa did NOT marry or have any kids.
After the end of the manga, we learnt that Eren killed 80% of humanity and the 20% of it mostly lived in Paradise Island. What was believed to be a lie at the start, turned out to be a reality in the end.
The reason is that Mikasa loved Eren more than her own life—Eren was her reason to live, her entire world, her home, where she felt safe. Literally, Mikasa breathed for Eren; even if he was away for a moment, she would become unreasonably anxious and restless, as we clearly see throughout the series.

Unlike others who were still around, Hange had been by Levi's side through countless hardships. Their bond wasn't defined by romantic feelings, but by a deep sense of trust, understanding, and companionship,, something rare and precious in the world they lived in.
Returning to his home, Levi made himself a cup of tea using her set. However, when he attempted to drink it the handle broke, causing him to drop and shatter the cup. From that point on, Levi refused to hold cups by their handles, choosing to hold them by their brims instead.
