Priscilla Presley has failed in a bid to be buried next to former husband Elvis.
Following Elvis' death 42 in 1977, he was buried at his family's Graceland home in Memphis, Tennessee. His grave currently sits in between his grandmother, Minnie Mae Presley, and his father, Vernon Presley. Elvis' mother, Gladys Presley, Lisa Marie and her son, Benjamin Keough, are also buried at the estate.
After Lisa Marie's death in 2023, Graceland and her trust were inherited by her daughters, Keough and Harper and Finley Lockwood, a representative for Graceland confirmed to People. Lisa Marie shared Riley with her ex-husband, Danny Keough, whom she divorced in 1994.
Graceland's Meditation Garden is also the resting place of Elvis, his parents, Vernon and Gladys, and Elvis' grandmother Minnie Mae. The news of Lisa Marie's final resting place comes a day after Lisa Marie died unexpectedly at age 54 after suffering cardiac arrest.
