Who Is the Blue Hulk in Marvel? A powerful cosmic force called the Uni-Power chose Bruce Banner as its temporary host when he turned into the Blue Hulk for a brief time. Jay Faerber and Carlos Magno introduced this cosmic version of the Hulk with a small but important appearance in the Comics.

Blue is the Strongest Colour
The Hulk comes to the rescue and begins to fight off the robots. However, he begins to be overcome and Doctor Wiles leaps in to help. He boosts the capacity of the Uni-Power, causing the Hulk to grow even stronger and turn a blue colour.
Originally, Stan Lee wanted the Hulk to be grey. Due to ink problems, Hulk's color was changed to green. This was later changed in the story to indicate that the grey Hulk and the savage Hulk are separate dissociative identities or entities fighting for control in Bruce's subconscious.
Leonard Williams became the first Hulk and lives as "Tyrone Cash." Unlike the Bruce Banner's Hulk, Tyrone Cash still retains his intellect and self-control and takes a pill containing the modified Hulk Serum as one of its ingredients.
Originally, Stan Lee wanted the Hulk to be grey, but due to ink problems, the Hulk's color turned to green. This was explained by saying that the Grey Hulk was the original Hulk to appear when Banner first got hit by the Gamma Bomb.
So, there you have it. Thanos beats Hulk every time, with or without the Infinity Gauntlet. But World Breaker Hulk defeats Thanos. However, Thanos could beat the Hulk if he had the Gauntlet (He could wipe out the Universe).

Amplified by the symbiote's own enhanced abilities, a Venom-Hulk is an incredibly powerful force. On Earth-616, the Venom symbiote has encountered and briefly bonded with two versions of Hulk: during his tenure with the symbiote, Flash Thompson ended up lending the symbiote to Thunderbolt Ross.
FIXIT - WEAK. Remember that Gray Hulk might be the weakest version of the Hulk of all-time but there was one other time that Hulk went gray after that original appearance. This was when he turned into Mr. Fixit.
The Hulk's primary weakness and strength was his rage, but the Uni-Power kept his rage under control, which made the blue monster stronger and could not easily be defeated. Unfortunately, The comics did not dive deep into his temporary powers as this cosmic power left Bruce after finishing off those robots.
The weakest version of the Hulk in-continuity is Joe Fixit, the Gray Hulk.
The Avengers and Fantastic Four died to stop him. During that ultimate sacrifice, Hulk also died. Jean Grey shut down Bruce Banner's brain, turning Hulk into a savage. The two ended up separated, and Hulk ended up in an irradiated cocoon, one that killed Hulk completely, which led to a new Hulk being horn.
Characters like Doctor Strange, Thor, and the Hulk are all more powerful than Ghost Rider. Ghost Rider is a powerful character, but he is not the most powerful character in the Marvel Universe.
Apocalypse. Apocalypse makes his way into this position on the list because he is technically stronger than the Hulk. He also has a multitude of other abilities, including telepathy, telekinesis, and shapeshifting.

Jackson Lenard (Yellow Hulk) is a character created by Legend but used in the Marvel Universe. He is a friend of Dr. Banners who was trying to find a cure for the hulk.
