General Dreykov (Russian: Генерал Дрейков) is the main antagonist of the 2021 Marvel Cinematic Universe film Black Widow. He was a high-ranking officer in the Soviet Armed Forces who acted as the Red Room's overseer and Taskmaster's superior and father.
Yelena Belova appears in Avengers Assemble, voiced by Julie Nathanson. This version is the second incarnation of the Black Widow following Baron Strucker reactivating the Red Room program and the self-proclaimed rival of Natasha Romanoff who later rechristens herself the Crimson Widow while acting as an agent of Hydra.
Hawkeye's greatest villain and a villain who has a lot of connections to the Marvel Universe has to be William Cross, aka Crossfire.

She revealed Hulk's identity to the world, framed Thor and Captain America for crimes against the country, and then she destroyed Hawkeye, taking him out and killing his wife and three children. In the end, Iron Man beat Black Widow, and while she was hospitalized, he showed up and killed her.
Melina betrayed Natasha and Yelena in Black Widow before teaming back up with her family later.

Myth: Black Widow Bites Are Deadly
