Thirteen years after awakening her power, she died protecting the king; her corpse was then forcibly cannibalized by their daughters, Maria, Rose, and Sheena.
While Reiner fights Eren, Bertolt partially transforms into the Colossus Titan and swallows Ymir and another soldier.

Ymir was evil, and all the generations of evil frost giants in Norse mythology descended from him. A great cow named Audhumia (Nourisher) was also formed out of the ice, and Ymir was sustained by the four rivers of milk that flowed from her udders.
Ymir would then continue on to work as a soldier under King Fritz, even having three children with him. Upon her death, her three children were then forced to eat her corpse so that they could preserve her Titan powers.
Eren Yeager
The War Hammer Titan is the final Titan to make its presence known in the series, but its impression is still a really strong one. Its mastery of crystallization means that the War Hammer Titan can easily destroy its enemies with the crafty use of its powers.
Over a thousand years ago, Ymir Fritz became the first Titan and the Founding Titan by obtaining the Power of the Titans. When she died, her split soul created the Nine Titans who razed the Marley nation to the ground.
Due to the Curse of Ymir, we know Ymir Fritz died exactly 13 years after becoming the Titan progenitor, and that makes her roughly 23-years-old when she dies protecting the King. Dying as a 23-year-old fits Ymir's chronology following her capture by the Eldians.
The Shining Centipede, or Centipede-kun as it's affectionately known to fans, is the insectoid entity that grants Ymir Fritz the Power of the Titans.
At the time, the Eldians were just a small, warmongering tribe. One day, Ymir was accused as a thief and was punished by the king of the Eldians, a man named Fritz, to be hunted like an animal. She ran into the woods with numerous wounds all over her body.

Þrúðgelmir's name is sometimes anglicized as Thrudgelmir. He may have been the jötunn born from Ymir's legs.

Founding Titan
Founding Titan is the first and the strongest Titan of all the nine. If the Founding Titan is someone from Royal Bloodline, then it will possess limitless power.
The Female Titan is a titan of above-average height, power, and agility. It also has high-level hardening and the ability to attract pure titans to it. Annie's female titan was powerful enough to soundly defeat Eren's Attack Titan in the first season, and for obvious reasons.
Because she is not a descendant of Eren's race of people, Mikasa is unable to turn into a Titan. The anime doesn't explain this in detail, instead, it alludes to it. Mikasa is part of the aforementioned Ackerman and Asian clan, therefore, she cannot turn into Titan.
Pieck's Cart Titan is arguably the weakest of the Nine, but it comes with several advantages. Unlike its eight brethren, the Cart Titan walks on all four legs, making it an excellent method of transport. Pieck often has large structures attached to her back, which carry both people and weapons.
1) Founding Titan
This Titan was used by Karl Fritz, Ymir Fritz, Frieda Reiss, Uri Reiss, Grisha Yeager, and Eren Jaeger. This is the most powerful Titan of the lot.
As Armin tries to rescue Eren, the Bearded Titan closes its mouth, biting one of Eren's arms off in the process, and swallows Eren, much to Armin's hysterical horror. It is unknown how Armin survived the Bearded Titan and the others afterwards, but he was no longer attacked after the deaths of his friends.
Ymir was named after Ymir Fritz, the ancient Founder and very first Titan in history, by a scammer to present her as a member of the Fritz royal family to an Eldian cult in an impoverished ghetto in Marley.
Though she loved King Fritz, the anger from being oppressed burned within Ymir, and opting not to heal herself represented a means of escaping that terrible existence.
Upon killing Eren by severing his head from the spine, Mikasa kissed him farewell. Seeing Mikasa's choice, Ymir abandoned her hold over the Founding Titan, ending both the Rumbling and the Power of the Titans.
