In the final chapter of One Tree Hill, Quinn marries Clay and adopts Logan: in this episode Logan, calls Quinn “mom”. The three, now a family, have realized one of Quinn's greatest dreams.
While doing so, she tells him that she loves him, kisses him and is proud of him when he passes his test and graduates. Despite making amends and admitting their (perhaps platonic) love for each other in Goodbye, Quinn and Puck go their separate ways after graduation.
In Season 1, Quinn had a one-night-stand with Puck and became pregnant with his child, though at the time she was dating Puck's friend Finn Hudson. She later gives birth to the baby girl in Journey, named Beth (by Puck), at the end of Season One.

The Quinn-Puck Relationship is the romantic relationship between Quinn Fabray and Noah Puckerman. They are also known as Quick. One night, Puck got Quinn "drunk" on wine coolers and they had unprotected sex leading to Quinn's pregnancy, a daughter whom Puck named Beth.
She gives birth to a daughter, named Beth by Puck, who is adopted by Shelby Corcoran (Idina Menzel), coach of rival glee club Vocal Adrenaline and Rachel's biological mother.

In the first season of Glee, Quinn gave her and Puck's baby to Shelby Corcoran, Rachel Berry's biological mother and the coach of rival glee club Vocal Adrenaline.
After Marley graduates from McKinley early, Marley and Puck get engaged, and begin to plan their wedding, but they face the constant roadblock from Jake, who still plans on making Puck's life hell. Puck is eventually is able to get through to Jake, and the two of them are friendly after Marley and Puck get married.
The most prominent player of the large supporting cast was Joe Lando, who portrayed Byron Sully, Dr. Quinn's most frequently featured love interest.
After a jealous unsuccessful attempt to break up her exes Sam and Brittany in "Diva", Santana realizes she belongs in New York with Rachel and Kurt and moves in with them. In "I Do" she and Quinn sleep together at Will and Emma's wedding, which they agree was a fun one-time experimentation for Quinn.
Quinn then sparks a relationship with Brody, who accepts her for who she is. They get engaged in Season Five, and are married in Season Six.
He fell in love with Lucas's best friend, Haley James; and they married at the end of the first season. Despite various problems in their relationship, the couple remains together married for most of the shows run, and had a son, Jamie, in season four and a daughter, Lydia, in season eight.
In the end, Nathan and Haley are passionately reunited and spend the rest of the series happily married with their two healthy children.
"Sectionals" sees the glee club win the sectionals round of competition, advancing on to regionals. Glee club member Finn (Cory Monteith) discovers he is not the father of his girlfriend Quinn's (Dianna Agron) baby.
At the beginning of the series finale, "Dreams Come True", she is seen going to the New Directions competition to assist them. She does make it big on Broadway, marries Jesse, and becomes a surrogate mother to Kurt and Blaine's child.
Beth got her name after Puck sang the song "Beth" by KISS to Quinn, suggesting that they name their baby Beth. When Beth was adopted by Shelby Corcoran, she put the name Beth on the birth certificate. As a baby, Beth saw her birth parents on occasion and Shelby gave Quinn pictures.
In the second epilogue it is revealed that Sabrina and Puck did get married and have two daughters named Emma who takes after Puck and Daphne, and Allison, who takes after Sabrina.
