Over his long lifetime, Muzan had a number of families. This includes the one he was born into before becoming a demon. Additionally, he took 5 wives, making each one's life miserable.
Yoriichi was powerful enough to defeat Muzan; however, he couldn't do so. That's because he couldn't come down to kill his twin brother, leading to his own demise. Even to this day, Muzan is scared of Yoriichi.
The real reason Akaza hates Doma
In fact, this is the only reason he can't stand Doma's existence. Akaza doesn't get along with any of his peers, but he is unusually hostile toward Doma since most of the latter's power originates from consuming women.
Akaza would probably be at least 2 times stronger. Because I think doma said something like you get a lot stronger by eating woman because they carry babies in their bodies or something. So yeah if akaza ate them he probably would be way stronger than doma and possibly rival kokushibo.
History. Doma was born with beautiful and rare rainbow colored eyes. Because of this unusual trait, his parents thought that he was able to hear the voices of God and was groomed to be the religious leader of the Eternal Paradise Cult, a position that he held until his death.
