Chopper became highly infatuated with the female reindeer mink, Milky. When she rubbed against his cheek and called him "Doctor Chopper", Chopper fell over dazed in a very Sanji-like manner, complete with love hearts in his eyes, causing Usopp to wonder what had come over the usually platonic Chopper.
The Straw Hats all get along together, but Chopper and Zoro seem to have a particularly tight bond. Luffy is most likely to end up with Boa Hancock, as she has made it clear that she wishes to be with him and he has shown he cares about her a lot. Many One Piece fans still anticipate Nami and Luffy developing a romantic relationship, although it seems they have a sibling-like relationship. Boa Hancock is still the most likely, as the Pirate King being matched with the Pirate Empress would make for the ultimate anime couple ship ever.
Unfortunately for Hancock, the romance is one-sided, as Luffy does not share the same feelings for her. He is entirely focused on his journey to becoming the King of the Pirates. Luffy trusts her as a comrade and friend but has never stepped beyond these limits.
Kaya is a female character in the anime and manga series One Piece. She is living on the largest mansion in Syrup Village in the Gecko Islands. She is becoming a doctor and she is the close friend and love interest of Usopp.
Their bond is real and built over time. As the series progressed, Nami developed feelings for Luffy. There may not be a proper romance between them, but it's evident that she cares about him more than anyone else in the crew.
