In Marvel comics lore, the Hulk (Bruce Banner) primarily got two women pregnant: Caiera the Oldstrong and, in an alternate future storyline, his cousin She-Hulk (Jennifer Walters). He also had a child, Lyra, created via unconventional means with Thundra.
Fictional character biography. Skaar is the son of the Hulk/Bruce Banner and Caiera, an extraterrestrial native of the planet Sakaar. He was posthumously born via the Old Power after Sakaar was destroyed and Caiera killed, emerging from a cocoon on the planet's remains and rapidly aging into an adult.
History. The Hulk Gang is a gang of hillbilly Hulks who are the result of Hulk impregnating his first cousin She-Hulk.
In mainstream continuity she is unable to have children as a side effect of super soldier serum treatment. That was established all the way back in 2005 in Black Widow vol. 3, so it's pre-MCU thing. She can't be pregnant, however her DNA can be used to create a tube baby. That's what happened in Black Widow Vol. 8.
THE CHILDREN OF THE HULK
Bruce Banner has had three children since he was transformed into the Hulk. His daughter, Lyra, is the second She-Hulk, and she comes from an alternate future.
Is Red Skull the son of Captain America? No way he is the son of Captain America in the MCU. But…. An alternate iteration has since been seen as the Ultimate Marvel equivalent of Red Skull, the secret son of Captain America (Steve Rogers) and Gail Richards.
THE BATTLEWORLD AVENGERS
Human Torch and Wasp had a son called Firefly, while Wolverine and Storm had a daughter called Torrent. Thor and the Enchantress had a son called Bravado, who assembled the young heroes into a team to battle his half-brother, Malefactor, who was also Doctor Doom's son.
Although her marriage with Shostakov is arranged by the KGB, it is a happy one, and Natasha is devastated by his apparent death. Their story is one of great tragedy; every time she discovers that Shostakov is alive, he is either almost immediately seemingly killed, a life-model decoy, or a villain.
In comics, she started off as a villain for Tony Stark, and the two go way back. Not just as enemies but also as lovers. Eventually, when Romanov joins the teams she gets down and dirty with the playboy Tony Stark, the two get as active in the sheets as they are on the field.
THE RAPE OF MS. MARVEL In Avengers #197, Carol Danvers, then Ms. Marvel, became mysteriously pregnant and gave birth in just three days. Her child, Marcus, aged to adulthood overnight—then revealed he was the son of Immortus, who had abducted and mind-controlled her in Limbo to impregnate her with himself.
Terry Bollea (Hulk Hogan) tied the knot in September 2023 with his wife, Sky Daily, in Clearwater, Florida. They got married in a small, special Indian Rocks Baptist Church. Sky, a 46-year-old yoga teacher, was in a glitzy white outfit with glistering jewelry.
Cassandra Lang is the daughter of the superhero Scott Lang / Ant-Man. She has also been known as Stature, Stinger, and Ant-Girl at various points in her history.
Charles Xavier's stepbrother through his mother's marriage with Kurt Marko, Cain Marko, AKA Juggernaut, is one of the X-Men's fiercest foes and has served with such groups as the Brotherhood of Mutants and the Thunderbolts. As a child, Cain was abused by his father and, in turn, bullied Xavier.
Bruce Banner is Betty Ross' one true love and sticks by his side after he becomes the Hulk and his identity is revealed to the public. After some trials and tribulations, they eventually marry and Betty becomes pregnant.
Wiccan (who is canonically gay) and Speed (who is canonically bisexual) are Wanda Maximoff and Vision's twin sons who grow up to become queer members of the superhero group Young Avengers.
After Captain America's apparent death, Barnes befriends Gail Richards, who he later marries.
"Welcome, Natasha, daughter of Ivan." Ivan Romanoff (Russian: Иван Романов) was the father of Natasha Romanoff.
Using Agatha's lessons of tapping into different magical sources, Wanda taps into the excess energy and channels it safely away. Before she finishes, she hears Agatha's spirit tell her to use the incredible magical power while she's still connected to it. Instinctively, Wanda uses it to make herself pregnant.
Johansson's contract with Marvel, of course, did not account for any compensation based on streaming sales. Disney's instruction that Marvel release Black Widow to both theaters and streaming on the same day, Johansson claims, forced Marvel to breach its contract with the actor.

Rebecca LeBeau (nicknamed "Bekka" and later "Ray") is the daughter of Rogue and Gambit in X-Men: The End and GeneXt. She, her brother, and a group of children from the Xavier Institute were once kidnapped by Mister Sinister.
X-23 is the biological daughter of Logan, who was created using samples of his DNA. Taking up the name Laura, her father helped her escape from her creators, ultimately sacrificing himself to save her.
The character is one of the first openly gay superheroes in American comic books, and the first openly gay character to come out in a book published by Marvel Comics. He married his husband, Kyle Jinadu, in Astonishing X-Men #51 (June 2012), which was the first depiction of a same-sex wedding in mainstream comics.
