In his final moments, Doma says that he is not afraid of death or even frustrated that he lost, and recalls his past as a human and his inability to feel any emotion. Doma falls in love with Shinobu.
The first line of the tweet are from Douma and Shinobu's conversation in the afterlife, where Douma realized he's in love and Shinobu telling him to rot in hell, implying that the song is for Douma and Shinobu.
However, after his death, he accepted that he is wrong and that Heaven and Hell actually do exist. Doma also displayed what arguably is his first true emotion, love, when he proclaimed his love for Shinobu after finding her cute.
Kotoha Hashibira
Doma grew fond of her due to her beauty and singing ability, intending to keep her alive until she died of natural causes.
The only person he found beautiful and didn't devour in his cult was Inosuke's mother Kotoha. He found it a waste to kill her as he enjoyed her company. However, the very first emotion of love, was when he saw Shinobu. He thought Shinobu is a very cute person and openly proposed and expressed his love for her.
Did you know? Shinobu confessed her love to Guiyu. in episode 18 of Demon Slayer, Shinobu shows her liking to Guiyu. when both hashira's were sent on a mission.
She treasured Inosuke dearly and would always sing lullabies to him when he was a baby, promising to always protect him no matter what. When meeting Doma, she found a fond liking in him due to him helping her escape the abuse she was facing from her family.
History. Doma was born with beautiful and rare rainbow colored eyes. Because of this unusual trait, his parents thought that he was able to hear the voices of God and was groomed to be the religious leader of the Eternal Paradise Cult, a position that he held until his death.
Apparently, he knew Inosuke's mother Kotoha as Doma's cult once took her in.
The only two people she really cares for are Muzan Kibutsuji and her older brother. She shows deep respect for Muzan Kibutsuji immediately falling into a bow when he appears. Although she cares and loves her brother she is seen insulting and blaming him at times when things aren't going well.
Despite losing his memories, Akaza was noted to have subconsciously retained his strong feelings for Koyuki, this is seen where Doma noted that Akaza absolutely refused to kill and eat women during his hundreds of years as a Demon, despite his obsessive desire for more strength and power.
Fifteen years before the story started, Doma met a woman named Kotoha Hashibira, and left her family with her baby son Inosuke after being fed up with the abuse of her husband and mother-in-law.
Apart from that, Muzan doesn't hate Akaza because of his obedience. The only Demon he despises the most is the Upper Rank Two: Doma.
Furthermore, Doma is regarded as the coldest and most obnoxious demon. He frequently behaves carelessly around Muzan, which he even hates. All these aspects, as well as Doma's lack of sincerity, irresponsibility, and complete maniac-like nature, fuel Akaza's hatred for him.

After the final battle
At the end of the chapter, there is a picture of Inosuke giving acorns to Aoi while she smiles. It is confirmed in the Volume 23 extras that Inosuke and Aoi did eventually end up together and that they have two great-grandsons, one of which is Aoba.
DÅ ma is unabashedly masochistic and even sometimes pokes holes in his skull with his own finger to fiddle his brain and trigger some memories. There's also that one instance when he gleefully anticipates Muzan's punishments after a failure since he enjoys physical abuse.
Inosuke's father remains unnamed and unseen. Very little is known about him, aside from that he was probably quite young when Kotoha gave birth to Inosuke and that he was a vile man. He was not just an alcoholic. He was also physically abusive both towards Kotoha and baby Inosuke.
Is this because Akaza was formerly the Upper Moon 2 and Doma stole his position by requesting a blood battle with him? Because Akaza has lived longer than Doma.
These people asked him to lead them to paradise, causing Doma to cry, since he never believed paradise, the gods and Buddha were real. To him, they were nothing more that a fantasy created by humanity and he bemoaned that people believed in something so fictitious to him.
The demon continued devouring all the women that joined the cult. One of them was Kotoha Hashibira, Inosuke Hashibira's mother.
Does Muzan have a favorite demon? Despite the fact that Muzan. is always shown to have disdain for his creations, Muzan does in fact have a favorite. On that list is Naki, made due to a convenient blood demon.
Akaza and Doma are the only two of the upper moons with any kind of relatoinship to each other, namely in how much Akaza despises Doma, and how despite that Doma pretends to be his friend.
They were once former leaders of the Eternal Paradise Cult, Doma's father was a pervert who molested the goddesses, and for this he was killed by Doma's mother, who committed suicide by poisoning.
