The cup, which was made a Horcrux with Hepzibah's death, was left with Bellatrix Lestrange who kept it at Gringotts. Griphook and an Imperiused Bogrod helped Harry, Ron and Hermione break into Bellatrix's vault and recover the Horcrux. The cup was destroyed by Hermione Granger, using a fang from the Basilisk's corpse.
Owned by Helga Hufflepuff it passed down to her descendant, Hepzibah Smith, who was charmed by Tom Riddle. He later murdered her to turn the Cup into a Horcrux. The Horcrux was destroyed by Hermione Granger in the Chamber of Secrets hidden below Hogwarts Castle.
It is perhaps interesting that no person destroyed more than one Horcrux. Harry, Ron, Hermione, Neville, Dumbledore, Crabbe (indirectly: the diadem fell apart in Harry's hands after being damaged by Crabbe's fiendfyre), and Voldemort each destroyed one of the seven.
The cup was passed down through the Hufflepuff family, and through the centuries made its way to Hepzibah Smith, a descendant who kept the cup as a priceless heirloom. In 1946, Smith showed the cup to Tom Marvolo Riddle, who was at that time employed at Borgin and Burkes.
12. Snape's Last Words. In the [Deathly Hallows] book, Snape's dying words to Harry were "Look at me". Right then we did not realize the significance of his words but in the very next chapter when Harry goes through Snape's memories in the Pensieve, he comes to know how much Snape loved Lily.

The Locket
Of all of Lord Voldemort's Horcruxes, Salazar Slytherin's old locket is the most difficult to obtain and destroy. In the Half Blood Prince, Harry Potter and Albus Dumbledore travel to an old cave where the Dark Lord would torture victims during his time as a teenager.
Horcruxes can only be destroyed in specific circumstances that allow it's complete and utter destruction. In the movies, the horcruxes are destroyed in these ways: The killing curse — “Avada Kedavra.” Fiendfyre — a curse that creates powerful and magical flames.
Harry makes use of two of the Unforgivable Curses in the books. Dueling with Bellatrix Lestrange, he attempts the Cruciatus curse, with limited results; Bellatrix says that he has to really hate someone to make the Unforgivable Curses work properly, righteous indignation isn't enough.
Quirrell is, in effect, turned into a temporary Horcrux by Voldemort. He is greatly depleted by the physical strain of fighting the far stronger, evil soul inside him.
The Dark Lord — aka Voldemort — created seven Horcruxes in an attempt to sustain immortality.
After Slytherin's death, the locket was passed down his family line, and eventually came to Marvolo Gaunt, who lived outside the village of Little Hangleton. The locket was one of two remaining Gaunt family heirlooms, the other being a ring inherited down the line of the Peverell family.
In the world of Harry Potter as we know it, there are no recorded instances of a person who was sorted into Hufflepuff ever becoming a Death Eater, or any other kind of Dark Wizard for that matter.

Expelliarmus did not beat Avada Kedavra.
Voldemort's wand (the elder wand) recognized its true master (that was Harry) and refused to attack it. In a way Voldemort killed himself as his own spell backfired on him.
Alohomora, which is a spell that unlocks objects (and it's also Hermine Granger's signature spell).
Roughly translated, Expelliarmus – the Disarming Charm – means 'to drive out a weapon' and that's what it does: forces the subject to drop whatever they're holding. Usually that's a wand, which is why it's often seen in duels, and Harry definitely took that to heart, given how much he used it in combat.
Voldemort intentionally made six Horcruxes, but when he used Avada Kedavra on Harry, he unintentionally created a seventh Horcrux. Instead of dying, Lily's love for Harry created a counter 'curse' known as Sacrificial Protection and saved Harry.
Invisibility cloaks are very rare, but Harry receives one for Christmas in his first year; it turns out to have been originally the property of Harry's father, and was given to Harry by Professor Dumbledore.
5. Rowena Ravenclaw's Diadem. The Diadem of Rowena Ravenclaw was the only horcrux to be accidentally destroyed, in a fire - but not just any fire.
We also meet Tom Riddle, who is, as it turns out, the heir of Slytherin. Present only in spirit, he has all the same been controlling Ginny, and having her act as Slytherin's heir. We also meet the Monster of the Chamber, a basilisk.
Harry is the magical Heir of Gryffindor (and he's also a descendent of Godric), Neville of Hufflepuff, Hermione of Slytherin and Luna of Ravenclaw.
The Heir of Slytherin turns out to be Ginny Weasley, who is being controlled via a magical diary that once belonged to Tom Riddle, AKA Voldemort.
