1) Dracule Mihawk
The most obvious and pressing choice for this list is obviously Dracule Mihawk. Serving as Zoro's end goal, the Straw Hat Swordsman's journey isn't truly over until he's strong enough to defeat Mihawk.
Zoro's most debilitating flaw is that he has a horrible sense of direction. Whenever not explicitly traveling with a crew member, he gets hopelessly lost. This was first demonstrated in Syrup Village, where he arrived late to fight Kuro's pirates due to taking the wrong route.
In zoro vs luffy, luffy has greater will, greater haki and pretty much everything. Zoro loses easily.
All the damage that Zoro sustained is simply way too much for him to fight anyone who is a capable fighter. For him to fight someone as strong as Kaido and use his blades to channel all the Haki required to kill him is simply not possible.
It is a known fact that Kaido has lost to his fellow Yonko and the Navy a combined 7 times and been captured a total of 18 times. While Kaido might be the strongest in terms of raw strength, there are definitely those who can beat him a fight. Write for Us!
1) Crocodile
However, he is currently at a disadvantage against Zoro. For some reason, Crocodile has yet to demonstrate any usage of Haki techniques. This is a basic necessity among the strongest One Piece characters. To further prove this point, Zoro can use Haki to bypass the Logia effect of Crocodile's fruit.
1 Luffy Vs.
The fight is, undoubtedly, the most difficult one that Luffy has fought so far. Kaido managed to defeat Luffy three times. For the first time, Luffy faced defeat against him Kuri and was thrown in prison. There, he learned Internal Destruction Ryuo and took Kaido on during the Onigashima Raid.
Dracule Mihawk is Zoro`s greatest rival and holds the title of the strongest swordsman in the world. Mihawk is extremely skilled with the blade and his sword fighting is described as very aesthetic. He is also extremely good at using Haki as he taught Zoro how to use it.
What is Zoro's weakest sword? Out of the swords he currently owns, the Sandai Kitetsu is the weakest blade in his arsenal.
Buggy is the captain of the Buggy Pirates and one of the Four Emperors of the Sea. A person who has not met Buggy can easily be fooled by his titles, but those who have know that he is one of the weakest characters in the series.
It's entirely possible Mihawk noticed through their duel and training that Zoro suffers from ocular dominance in his left eye. That is to say, the left eye is stronger than the right. As a result, maybe Mihawk scarred the left eye shut and instructed Zoro not to open it until his right eye was trained enough.
Kakashi might be able to keep up with a swordsman who uses a conventional fighting style, but it will be a bit difficult to deal with Zoro who can cut a building in half with a single swing.

Zoro is stronger than Tanjiro, who has increased his strength. He also has incredible speed and strength. The guy has lifted thousands of pounds in the past, so he is far more powerful than Tanjiro. His unique style is called Santoryu, which allows him to carry three swords in each hand and one in the mouth.
Even without his swords, Zoro has monstrous physical strength. At a very young age he was able to lift boulders over his head, and is now able to lift and toss an entire building. He can use some sword techniques without his swords, and has also been shown to pack powerful punches.

Zoro is slightly stronger. Now in Wano, Zoro got an upgrade with Enma that allowed him to fight at the highest level. Sanji got an Upgrade with the Raid Suit, that made him faster, more durable and able to turn invisible! Zoro is still stronger.
1 Shirahoshi
Her ability is known to be great enough to destroy the entire world and Luffy is her guide. Her existence alone can bring the entire world to heel and now that she has gained full control over her ability, it goes without saying that she is quite likely the greatest ally that Luffy has so far.

7 Would Lose To: Zoro Is More Than Capable Of Ripping Doflamingo Apart. Doflamingo may have superhuman durability even without armament haki, but Zoro possesses the means of breaking him. During the Dressrosa campaign, Zoro proved deadly enough to slice through a mountain-sized Pica in a single motion.
Zoro is superior to Kidd or Law. He physically stronger, faster, better Haki, better swordsmanship than Law. Law's tactical skills and Devil Fruit powers could help him take Zoro off guard, but the latter is tough enough to endure at least one Shock Wille. After that, he would be prepared.
Samurai Jack might be able to get a hit in, but he would notice that his sword is unable to cut Zoro since Zoro does have a pure heart. But even without that handicap, I think it's a safe bet to say Zoro would win.
