Neito copying Explosion. Copy (コピー, Kopī?): Neito's Quirk allows him to duplicate and use another person's Quirk after coming into physical contact with the user. He is currently able to hold four Quirks at a time and can maintain any copied powers for ten minutes.
Copy (コピー, Kopī?) is the Quirk used by Neito Monoma.
Eri's Rewind Quirk also requires a huge stockpile of energy, and even if Neito copies it, he wouldn't borrow the saved-up energy, thus her Quirk is also a blank.
Monoma's Copy allows him to replicate the effects of any Quirk, but he can't immediately use Quirks that require their user to store up something beforehand.
Clones ( 分 ぶん 身 しん , Bunshin?) is the Quirk used by Ectoplasm.

All For One is arguably the rarest and most powerful Quirk possessed by any villain in My Hero Academia. This Quirk so thoroughly defines its bearer that he's taken it as his name. All For One's Quirk lets him steal Quirks from other people and use them as though they were his own.
Hellflame is the Quirk of the current Number One Hero, Endeavor. This Quirk is quite powerful as it allows Endeavor to produce and freely manipulate high-temperature flames. At its maximum power, Hellflame can prove to be lethal for almost anyone in My Hero Academia.
1) The most common theory I have heard is that Monoma and Toga are siblings. This is backed up by their quirks being similar, similar hair colors, etc. This is probably the most common one about monomas family being in the LOV that I have heard. 2) Monomas father is AFO.
According to Deku's mother, the inherited quirk Deku should've naturally received would've either been his father's quirk, breathing fire, or her own ability to levitate small objects.
One For All is a stockpiling quirk. It's strength grew as it was passed on through the generations. The state of One For All that Deku has now is the result of all of OFA's power accumulating. Monoma could only copy the base stockpiling ability, not the strength that came with it.
Neito Monoma's rivalry with class 1-A goes far beyond normal competitive spirit in My Hero Academia. This is clearly a personal grudge for him.
As shown by the childhood incident of accidentally using her newly emerged Quirk on her father, she has even rewind someone's body to a point before they existed, erasing them completely. The source of her Quirk's power is located in the horn on her head, and the size of the horn dictates the strength of her power.
However, there is always the possibility that Eri could restore him back to his old self. With that said, she is not a magical problem eraser. Eri is still a small child despite her deus ex machina powers in My Hero Academia, which is why there's no other way for Aizawa to go back to normal if not for her powers.
1 Eraserhead Would Nullify All For One's Power
Thanks to Erasure, he can nullify the quirks of other individuals, thus turning All For One into a normal human. The one downside is that Eraserhead needs to see this target's full physical body, and his eyes must stay open in order for Erasure to remain active.

The first person to manifest a Quirk was a newborn baby in the city of Quig Quig, China, who had the ability to emanate light from their body.
All For One (オール・フォー・ワン, Ōru Fō Wan?): All For One's Quirk allows him to steal other people's Quirks, leaving them Quirkless, and wield the Quirks as his own. All For One can also redistribute his stolen Quirks to other people.
I think a lot of people believe that Himiko Toga and Katsuki Bakugo are siblings, but they're not. Yeah they have the same hair color and look quite similar, but their biological information is basically the opposite.
Monoma Fukei, younger, more level headed & kind, twin brother to Monoma Neito, who's the more confident of the two.
Saito ( 斎 さい 藤 とう , Saitō?) was a classmate of Himiko Toga. Not much is known about him at present, except that he was the first of Himiko's victims.
IQ ( I アイ Q キュー , Ai Kyū?): Saiko's Quirk grants her the ability to temporarily boost her intellect after drinking tea and closing her eyes. The level that her intelligence is boosted depends on the brand of tea that she drinks.
