Mitsuki. Mitsuki is the only genin from Konoha to seem stronger than Boruto, but that's because he is a synthetic being created by Orochimaru to be perfect. Mitsuki lives up to his potential so far, as he excels to great heights in both fighting ability and academics.
1) Isshiki Otsutsuki
He is stronger than the combined force of Naruto and Sasuke. Although his powers were nerfed because Jigen's body was a weak vessel, he overwhelmed Naruto and Sasuke, and almost killed the latter.
Sarada is faster, stronger with her enhanced strenght, is clever, has vesatile ninjutsu and genjutsu to boot, and is good at shurikenjutsu. she is an all around shinobi with high specs in all categories for a genin. on the ohter hand Boruto really doesnt have anything going for him.
Conversation. Sasuke, giving us hints as to the future of Boruto and Sarada. Boruto will surpass Naruto. Sarada will become a hokage, technically also surpassing Naruto.
It is a lot clearer in Boruto's case because he is the protagonist of the series. He was also given the Jougan, which is supposed to be quite strong, and the show has to explore it further to understand its true potential. Therefore, it is highly likely that Boruto will surpass his father in the series eventually.
However, if the Boruto two characters went up against each other, Kakashi would win despite losing his Sharingan. Kakashi losing his Sharingan means he cannot copy the ninjutsu that the enemy performs.
Frieza is easily capable of defeating Baryon Mode Naruto in base form. Prior to the events of Dragon Ball, Frieza destroyed Planet Vegeta while in his base form.
She knows her daughter's placing a lot of pressure on herself, especially as she and Sasuke are the last of the Uchihas. It's clear, however, Sarada is actually light years ahead of someone else who'd have this handicap at her age and Sasuke's assured her she's on the right track as she isn't complacent.
Wielding an insane level of prowess from Ninjutsu, Bukijutsu, and Dojutsu, Sasuke is lethal in both long and short-range combat. With his skill level Sasuke can easily defeat Hinata, who is more suited for close-range combat, giving her a ridiculous disadvantage against the Shadow Hokage.
Nagato Uzumaki, also feared as Pain, was the leader of the Akatsuki, and was being controlled by Obito to collect the chakra of all the tailed beasts. He was by far the best villain in Naruto, and had one of the best character arcs ever seen for a villain.
Shibai Otsutsuki is, by far, the strongest character to ever appear in the story and, for him, dealing with someone as strong as Naruto wouldn't be an issue at all.
Without Kurama, Naruto lost a big part of what defined his strength, and what also made him who he really is.
Because Tailed Beasts are life-forms made of pure chakra, they are eventually reborn after dying. They will always come back, but until that happens, they're factually dead. So, deliberately creating some new Tailed-beasts to get Kurama back does not seem like something Naruto would do.
Does Kurama get revived in Boruto? No, sadly, he won't come back. Tailed Beasts are basically made of chakra, so when they're killed, they return to chakra and will be revived soon. However, Baryon mode consumes Kurama's chakra until he die, so there's no chakra left in him, that means he can't be revived anymore.
Despite this, she pales in comparison to Kakashi Hatake. Kakashi is a very fast, and shrewd shinobi, so for him to let Tsunade hit him in the head is preposterous. Furthermore, Kakashi's offensive powers, such as Kamui, far surpass that of Tsunade's. If the two ever fight, Kakashi would emerge as the victor.
7 CAN'T BEAT: Naruto Uzumaki
No doubt, Sakura is powerful, but in comparison to Naruto, her strength is insignificant. Even her temporary immortality can't help her put up a fight against Naruto, who can obliterate her without using his full power.
There is no doubt that Kakashi is quite strong despite the loss of Sharingan. He is by no means weak and can hold his ground against tough opponents. Whether it be his ninjutsu, taijutsu, or shuriken jutsu, Kakashi has mastered them all.
In terms of power, Boruto Uzumaki should be incredibly powerful. Having 82% of Momoshiki Otsutsuki within him means that Boruto should now be an Otsutsuki level character himself.
With the experience of Momoshiki Otsutsuki and even the Dojutsu such as the Jogan, Boruto Uzumaki should do fairly well against Code.
