At the end of Demon Slayer, Tengen Uzui (Sound Hashira) is the only one to live a full life after retiring, while Giyu Tomioka (Water Hashira) and Sanemi Shinazugawa (Wind Hashira) survive the final battle but die young due to their Demon Slayer Marks, making Tengen the sole survivor to live out his days. Most other Hashira, like Rengoku, Shinobu, Mitsuri, Obanai, Gyomei, and Muichiro, tragically perish in battle against Muzan or Upper Moons.
In the wake of the final battle, Kiriya summoned the only surviving and active Hashira, Giyu and Sanemi. Since the demonic threat was annihilated, the Demon Slayer Corps and by extent the Hashira was left obsolete and officially disbanded.
While many Hashira died in the fight, some survived: Giyu Tomioka, the Water Hashira, and Sanemi Shinazugawa, the Wind Hashira, both survive the final fight, carrying on the memory of their fallen comrades. Tanjiro also survives, and after the war, the Demon Slayer Corps disbands because demons are gone for good.
