Dermal Fillers are the mainstay of treatment for Nasolabial Folds. There are two routes here. Some (often inexperienced) clinicians suggest treating your Nasolabial Folds in isolation, but this tends to deliver a short-lived result and can lead to a bulky Nasolabial Fold with repeated treatments over time.
Subcision surgery is ideal for addressing the most severe forms of nasolabial folds. The procedure entails using a needle to make tiny punctures in the surface of the skin. This releases the skin from underlying tissue and encourages collagen production as the skin heals.
There's no way to prevent nasolabial folds permanently. Treatments can work for a few months or even years, but you can't completely stop the signs of aging.

Exercises for nasolabial folds include: Puckering the lips in an upward motion, as if kissing the ceiling. Hold for 15 seconds and repeat 4–5 times. Puckering the lips into a pouting motion, then pulling the corners of the mouth out.
Skin Exfoliation
Exfoliation is the removal of dead cells from the skin. The most effective way to do this is by using a scrub, which mechanically removes dead skin cells and leaves your face feeling refreshed, soft and brand new. You should also exfoliate the laugh lines and the area around the lips.
