The son of Carnage, Toxin, was believed to be the most powerful symbiote ever created. The raw power of Toxin was so great that he was feared even by the King in Black, Knull, creator and leader of the symbiotes.
Heroic: Peter Parker
The Venom Symbiote arrived on Earth alongside Peter Parker, who had been unknowingly using the alien to become the Black Suit Spider-Man. The character would be partially corrupted by its power, but Parker knew he could hold it off and eventually defeated the creature.
Like any other species on Earth (and most likely the universe), the Symbiote are not hard-coded to be good or evil. What often happens is they are highly impressionistic to the personalities of their hosts, it helps them to form a bond.
A symbiote is only as strong as the bond that it shares with its host. With that in mind, Venom is the clear winner, having formed a number of strong bonds since making its debut back in issue 252 of The Amazing Spider-Man.
The Foes of Venom
Eddie Brock's dislike of Peter Parker before he bonded with the symbiote translates into a deep love-hate relationship with Spider-Man, as Venom simultaneously wants to kill Spider-Man, but also re-bond with him.
The Donna Diego incarnation of Scream, referred simply as "Female symbiote", was featured in Marvel's comic book trading cards in the 1990s. The Donna Diego incarnation of Scream was featured in OverPower' "Mission: Separation Anxiety" series.
The first appearance of a symbiote occurs in The Amazing Spider-Man #252, The Spectacular Spider-Man #90, and Marvel Team-Up #141 (released concurrently in May 1984), in which Spider-Man brings one home to Earth after the Secret Wars (Secret Wars #8, which was released months later, details his first encounter with it) ...
They rapidly age the symbiotes and pair them to people: Scream (yellow, female), Agony (pink, female), Lasher (green, male), Riot (grey, male) and Phage (orange, male).
Blue Symbiote (2) (Agony): In the comics Agony was one of the symbiotes forcibly spawned from Venom alongside several others by the Life Foundation.
Who would win in a fight between carnage and riot? Carnage does have more abilities, but was like a rampaging kid and Venom ate it to kill it. Riot was cunning, and was even able to rip Venom from Brock and would have eaten him if Brock didn't rebond with it.
Marvel Comics' new version of Venom has become the most powerful symbiote ever. Dylan Brock, the son of the original Venom host, Eddie, has unlocked a new power that allows him to sever a symbiote's connection to the hive mind, which makes him a threat even for the all-powerful Kings in Black.
Why was venom afraid of carnage?
Venom went through a procedure where multiple "offspring" were created from him—thus Riot, the product of a symbiote spawn and Trevor was born. Unlike the other symbiote hosts, Trevor was extremely aggressive and unsympathetic, far worse than his "siblings" (with the only exception being Carnage).
Either metaphorically or literally, the Venom symbiote has shown clear signs of love to other people.
In the comics the symbiote Phage is also referred to as the Yellow Symbiote, has identical colors, and originates from the Life Foundation. Phage was only named decades after the its debut, after years of not having an offical name.
As previously stated, the Venom symbiote (as well as a few others) has the ability to live independently from a host, in a humanoid form of his choosing.
At the very least, a red symbiote is naturally stronger than a black symbiote. What this means for symbiotes who sport a green, purple, or even yellow color is up in the air for now at least.
Symbiotes are genderless, reproduce asexually, and generally produce only one offspring in a lifetime.
She-Venom (Anne Weying) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. She is the ex-wife of Eddie Brock. She is the first character who goes by the She-Venom identity, and she is also colloquially referred to as the Bride of Venom.
Shriek, in the pages of Marvel Comics, is the girlfriend of Cletus Kasady, aka Carnage, who will be played by Woody Harrellson in the sequel. Harrellson made a cameo appearance during a post-credit scene in the first Venom.
One of the most tragic and weirdest Venom stories is how the symbiote made Eddie Brock pregnant, and this pregnancy created more chaos than Carange.
But why does Venom lick the TV with Peter's face on it? Besides communicating the apparent fact that Venom wants to eat brains — and Peter's looks tasty to Venom — Venom's hunger appears to be proof of an intrinsic attraction to Peter Parker.
So it might come as a shock to you (especially if you haven't been following Marvel Comics over the years) that things are far more nuanced than that. In fact, Spider-Man and Venom have a relationship that can best be described as "love/hate" — theirs is a story of attachment and loss, of connection and rejection.
