Either INTJ or INTP. With the INTJ, they often intentionally hide their emotions, usually to protect themselves, and to achieve their goals more easily. With the INTP, emotions are often hidden unintentionally, to, again, for emotional protection.
ISTP - Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, And Perceiving
People with the ISTP personality type are often described as hard to read.
The INFP may be the toughest personality type of all for others to understand. They are seemingly easy-going and carefree, but when it comes to their values, they can become suddenly uncompromising.
The ESTJ will often be thinking of the millions of other things they could be doing instead of reading. There are important jobs to be done and people to be seen, so the ESTJ may find reading to be a waste of their time. ESTJs would often prefer watching some television or spending time with family in their downtime.
#1 – INFPs
According to the MBTI® Manual, INFPs are overrepresented in preferring reading as a leisure-time activity. This matched up with the surveys I conducted as well, with the average INFP reading a whopping 68 books per year!
Introverted Feeling (Fi), by contrast, is an intrapersonal function. Whenever possible, it prefers to handle emotional issues inwardly and independently. This is why ISFPs, who use Fi as their dominant function, are among the least talkative of all types.
INFP and INFJ: The Overthinkers
When it comes to these types, their anxiety can stem from an inclination to overthinking.
People with avoidant personality disorder are afraid of being rejected, criticized, or embarrassed and thus avoid situations where they may experience such reactions.
They're probably ISFJs, who feel super uncomfortable with the prospect of hurting anyone's feelings. "They tend to be wallflowers and can sometimes stumble over their words," says Owens. They'll likely skip the inflammatory family dinner conversation—even if they're Zooming in from thousands of miles away.

INTJ. INTJs are often misunderstood simply because there are so few of them around. Making up only 2.1% of the US population, they understand the world in a fundamentally different way than most other types. While the rest of the world looks first to tangible data, INTJs follow symbols and underlying meanings first.
ISTPs are the most unpredictable of the 16 personality types, because they're typically rational and logical, but can also be enthusiastic and spontaneous.
ESFP. ESFPs are highly emotional individuals. They feel everything very deeply and the intensity of their emotions is so strong that they can find them completely overwhelming. ESFPs are one of the personality types who are most comfortable with expressing their emotions and sharing their thoughts.
ENTP and ENFP
These types are hardest on themselves whenever they find themselves playing by someone else's rules. ENTPs and ENFPs push themselves to rise above mediocrity in every way, and they despise feeling as though they're settling for normalcy – which they've spent the majority of their life fighting against.
Many ENTJs talk to themselves as a way to process their thoughts.
ESFP personality types sometimes have trouble meeting deadlines, and do not always finish what they start. They can get easily distracted.
It can be debated which MBTI personality type is truly the most “shy” among the 16 types, but the INFP personality type — also known as the “Mediator” — is often listed at the top of shyness ranks.
Type D personality is associated with social anxiety in the general population.
Candidate #1: The INFP.
Perhaps the most sensitive of all the personality types, INFJs take it hard when someone they trust lets them down. They tend to hold on to anger longer than they should and are capable of holding a grudge even when the other person has apologized, repeatedly, for their wrongdoing.
According to the MBTI® Manual, ISFPs were the type most likely to get upset or angry and show it, as well as the type most likely to get upset or angry and not show it.
Intuitive Thinking personality types are the most likely of all of the types to be argumentative, according to research led by Donald Loffredo, Ed. D, at the University of Houston. ENTJs in particular tended to score as highly argumentative.
The INFP. Deep and introspective, INFPs direct most of their conscious energy to discover meaning and achieving inner harmony with their values. They are one of the most emotionally analytical personality types – having depths and complexities to their emotions that others may only briefly glimpse.
ESTPs often crave plenty of attention, and enjoy feeling important. They want their loved ones to make them a priority in their lives- and truly hate being ignored.
