The ENTJ – The Rarest MBTI Type
Making up a mere 1.8% of the population, ENTJs are the rarest of all the 16 personality types. However, these types don't usually mind being rare – in fact, they tend to like it! As independent achievers, they don't feel a compulsion to “fit in” as many other types do.

There are only slightly more female INFJs than male INFJs though, with 1.6% of the women in the US having this preference and only 1.3% of the men in the US population having this preference.
The ISFJ personality type is the most common personality type in the population, representing as much as 14% of the general population. ISFJs are especially common among women but rarer among men, making up approximately 8% of the male population compared to 19% of women.
Of the 246 participants, 132 had a confirmed ADHD diagnosis. The most common personality type among ADHDer's was INFP (36.4%),followed by ENFP (16.7%) and INTP (15.9%).

For women, however, the rarest personality type is INTJ and ENTJ. Just 1% of women type as INTJ and ENTJ respectively. Among women, INFJ is only the third rarest personality type with approximately 2% of women categorized as INFJ. Both INTJ women and ENTJ women are extremely rare in the general population.
ISFPs are quiet, reserved types who like to focus their attention on people and the experiences they enjoy. They aren't typically big talkers unless someone they're talking about something deeply important to them or they're trying to empathize verbally with someone.
