There is no single "brightest" MBTI type, as intelligence is a complex and multifaceted trait that cannot be accurately determined by personality type alone. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) measures personality preferences, not cognitive ability.
ENTJs, often seen as the most successful Myers Briggs type, are the big bosses of all the MBTI types.

The Eight Dominant Processes
The notion that Intuitive Introverts—INFJ, INFP, INTJ and INTP types—tend to be more Neurotic squares with common perceptions of these types, as well as the highly sensitive person (HSP) construct, which shares a number of overlaps with Neuroticism.

As an INFJ, I can assure you it is not just, autism and adhd, bc I know tons of people with those traits who aren't INFJ. Lauren Sapala says yes, we do tend to be neurodivergent, but in the same way INFP is as well. But my INTP friends are similar, as are my INTJ friends. My son tested as ISFJ but he has ND traits.
