While Thor often has the edge with flight, weather control, and Mjolnir, certain Hulk versions, like World-Breaker Hulk, could defeat Thor because Hulk's strength has virtually no upper limit and can eventually surpass even Thor's divine power, especially if Thor holds back; however, a bloodlusted Thor with Stormbreaker or Mjolnir could also overwhelm Hulk quickly with lightning and overwhelming force before Hulk reaches his peak.
